Description of Work: To be honest its been over a year and we are still waiting for this job to be corrected. They installed new well points and they were not installed as deep at the original ones so they pump system loses its prime once a week. I have to constantly ask them to come back to reprime it. Yes they keep coming back with no charge, but it is the point that I gotta keep asking. All I want is them to take charge and fix it for good. That's all I ever wanted when I got the new pump installed. It has been a nightmare and I have to constantly ask where we are at with fixing this problem. I told them I will do whatever it is to get it to work properly. I will upgrade my rating if it ever gets fixed.

Description of Work: I rented a property with a drained in-ground pool. I was told by the owners that the pool was functional, but they had drained the pool between lessees. I know nothing about pools, so after a google search I came across these guys. They came by the next morning to inspect the pool and offer recommendations. From the start, they weren't trying to "sell me" on their service - their representative gave me recommendations on what I would need to fill and care for the pool on my own, but also quoted a very reasonable monthly rate for weekly service. I followed his advice and filled the pool, but then was unable to immediately add chemicals and stabilizer due to work constraints. About two weeks later, in desperation, I called these guys back with a pool filled with murky water. It took multiple visits and a good amount of effort on their part to clear up the water, but after about three weeks, the water is crystal clear.
