Usually has gone very well. Immediately after the initial estimate they came back and completed the first round of service. $120/month is very reasonable for weekly service and they usually do a good job. My only complaint is they seemed to miss a week or two, I went home on vacation and when I came back the pool looked like it needed some help and the little postits they usually leave to tell me they were there weren't there. I called and they came out the next day, shocked and cleaned the pool and fixed it, so really can't complain. Altogether they maintain the pool wonderfully, keep it clean and easy on me so I can just get in whenever I want and that's exactly what I was looking for. I'll probably downgrade service in the winter months and will update then. As long as you're on top of making sure they're there every week and check for the post-its I highly recommend these guys.

When I called, the person I spoke to (I'm sorry, I don't remember his name) had exceptional customer service and listened to my "story". He told me that Scott was out in the area and would have him come by to check it out. Within 2 hours, Scott was there and after a lot of hard work, removed the plate. Scott stayed to answer several questions that were very helpful and was very patient. He seemed very knowledgeable and understood our concerns. He gave me an estimate for pool maintenance that seems to be competitive and I am considering using them for that as well. The reason I called Gulf Pools was because the provider that I was using told me that there was nothing in my skimmer and when I spoke to the manager of my previous provider and showed him a picture, his response was, "Wow! You've gotta get that out of there!" and gave me no usable advise on how to do it. I'm glad I called them and will definitely use them in the future.

We had this provider install an pump system that takes the water out around the pool so the liner doesn't wrinkle from the ground water going to high. The worker his name is Corey was doing the maintenance and when he dug the line he only dug an inch thick which is not correct for well point pvc pipe is should be atleast an foot. The pump was working correctly in the first place but since the install it has stopped working on 3 occasions. Getting ahold of them to fix this problem has been an nightmare and they are not backing the work and are not willing to fix this without charging me again for the work in the first place. The liner is wrinkled again and has been like this for months now. Please do not waste your money because they seem to not care.

Just hired these guys to maintain my pool. Dealt with Josh who has been professional, prompt, and very proud of what he does as well as proud of who he works for an it shows. Although pricing is about the same with most pool companies I chose these folks because of their quick response time, eagerness to do an outstanding job, and all around professionalism. I would recommend these folks for all pool and spa needs.

Scott stopped back in a few days and very quickly and professionally took care of everything. All problems have now been resolved and could not be happier. Have not started using them for the weekly maintenance yet, but feel confident that this service will also be very good.

They're very punctual. They come when they say they're gonna come. They do a very nice job of cleaning my pool. The price is in the ballpark. I certainly don't want to pay that much but that's what everybody's getting so it's fair.

her vendors around town.After calling several vendors in town and getting prices several hundred dollars higher than online prices I decided to checkout pool repair companies on Angie's list. Seeing that Gulf Pool Services had several good reviews I decided to call Craig. I explained my situation to him and how local prices were extremely high for the variable speed pump I wanted. Craig indicated to me that if I wanted to purchase the pump online he would be more than happy to install it. Just what I wanted to hear so I went ahead and ordered the pump online. Once I received the pump I called Craig back and scheduled the appointment for a couple of days later. The installer called the day of the appointment to let me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would and was very friendly and eager to answer any questions I had. I anticipated that the install price might be slightly higher than normal as I did not buy the product from them however I was presently surprised when the technician finished and told me the charge was only $87. Needless to say I am extremely satisfied and will be using Gulf Pool Services for all my future pool needs.

Gulf Breeze Pools were amazing. They were reliable and did a great job. Mike the owner made sure that things got done and we were happy every step of the way. I highly reccommend them. Not one problem at all. The pool came out gorgeous and will be finished tomorrow. Excellent company!!! Love

All went as planned and totally during the time specified. Corey, who was the installer, was excellent and explained issues that although weren't anticipated to arise possible could. He also let me know what the cost would be should that happen. This didn't occur but it was great to know in advance. I would definitely recommend them.

The rep came out the same day to install the chlorinator and timer, for which I will be billed (est $300). The cost shown is the quoted monthly cost for high season, which is less during the winter months. We discussed my supply of chemicals, which can not be used, as they will react negatively with the provider's chemicals. Balancing and cleaning will begin this week. It's a great load off my mind knowing professional and periodic care will be provided. A pool is a great investment, and one to be taken seriously by any home owner.

Used this service for over a year. 12-24 hours after pool service, it rarely looked clean. Only thing he did right was chemicals. Always left the top off the skimmer.

I went with another company that took the time to talk to me about options and offered alternatives to my designs.

We have used them for pool cleaning on a weekly basis for about 6 months now, there were a few "Hiccups" but they were isolated with one person and that was fixed. Other than that, they come when they are supposed to, fix/clean what they're supposed to and we're pretty happy.

I have used other pool services, but they were inferior to this company. My pool is perfectly clean and the chemicals are spot on every time.

After calling mutiple pool service companies for weekly service quotes, Craig was very friendly, knowledgable and described in detail the services they provide. He came the very day next and tested my water chemistry, game me a summary of my current pool conditions and looked over all my pool equipment. He went on to tell me how they keep an eye on the equipment weekly and if they see any problems will call with a repair quote. They also had weekend emergency service which was a big selling point for us and Craig said to call anytime with questions. We really appreciated the personalized attention we felt we received from Craig at Gulf Pool Service.

I used Gulf Pool Services, Inc. for several smaller repair jobs (valve and pool pump replacement and installation of check valves) and was happy with the work they had done. When a leak was discovered in my pool heater (caused by a corroded heat exchanger) I called Gulf Pool Services, Inc. for replacement options and estimates. They were prompt in their response and after I decided on the model of heater the replacement was done within a week (they had to order the new heater). They also installed by-pass plumbing around the heater to extend the life of the heat exchanger. When I tried the heater the first time I called the service technician with a question which was promptly answered. The next time I used the heater it began leaking heavily; the heater's pressure switch had failed after a hard freeze (I forgot to leave the pump on overnight). Gulf Pool Services sent a technician on Monday. He replaced the pressure switch at no charge. I have always been happy with the service provided by Gulf Pool Services and would recommend them without reservation.
