First cleaning was outstanding. Follow up cleanings were ok, but I regularly had to remind them to clean some areas like the top of the fridge and the fronts of the bathroom cabinets. I find that it is difficult to find a cleaning service that doesn't occasionally slack off in their thoroughness, but for the most part the girls who cleaned for us were pretty good at making sure they kept a steady standard of clean. We have two large (but very friendly) dogs who the girls were frightened of, so someone would constantly have to be home to put the dogs on the back porch when the cleaning crew was coming. This also presented an issue when it would rain as our female dog is afraid of water, which meant one room of the house couldn't be cleaned if it was raining. Probably not the best cleaning service to go with if you have large dogs as you will need to leave work to meet the crew each time and lock the dogs up for them to clean. Otherwise, I would recommend them.

Things were going well for several months, but then they lost the key to our house. Although they said the key was not labeled, we felt it prudent to replace our house locks. They were apologetic, but they should have offered to make restitution and they did not. Now that the locks are replaced, we have decided to look for another provider. There will be no key to lose this time since we installed a cipher lock.

It went well I expect to have them back. They were a little late getting here but we were informed that they would be later than originally planned. We had a difficult time communicating due to broken English.s

We had a little trouble with timing the first day as the crew of four was held over on a previous job and the communication of this could have been handled better. Once they did arrive they did a wonderful and thorough job, completing the house the next morning to make up for the late arrival. The house sparkled. I will use them again.

I chose Casalimpia over other housecleaners based on her good Angie's List reviews and availability on my desired date. I live out of town and had my neighbor represent me in giving the cleaning crew access to my house and overseeing their work. He reported that Jamie and her crew did excellent, very thorough work. They cleaned top to bottom for over 5 hours, all the areas Jamie had mentioned, such as all kitchen appliances inside and out, blinds and baseboards, and even some additional areas, such as sweeping out the fireplace and garage. They were able to remove some marks on the stairway railings and walls that might have otherwise needed touchup painting. She was polite and professional on the phone, called the night before my job to confirm details, and trusted me to send her a check afterwards. The new tenant was also very satisfied with the cleaning. I will definitely use Casalimpia again in the future and recommend her to others.

We scedule Casalimpia periodically for cleaning. Sometimes a full clean with sheets and sometimes its just a freshen up since we haven't been there in awhile. We do not rent but have guests every now and then. The condo always looks great even though we live out of state. They don't know when its us or a guest and it always looks terrific! We highly recommend them!

Casalimpia is much more thorough as they usually send a team of 3-4 people. Although, over the last two months I've noticed that the cleaning is more "topical" and I'm noticing furniture that isn't dusted thoroughly (i.e. dusted in the front, but not towards the back) or shower corners and sink faucets that are collecting mildew around the edges, or rings that remain around the bathtub. My biggest pet peeve is having to clean these items after I just paid them to! The last few times I've happened to come home when the cleaners are working. When I asked them questions or pointed out something for their attention, they're unable to respond becasue they don't speak conversational English. I will say the owner and her sister are VERY responsive; however I don't want to have to contact them EVERY single time to complain! Still holding on to hope, but if service doesn't turn around then I'll write another critique!

The first cleaning went well -- I hired them to clean my house monthly.

We were getting ready to put our house on the market and needed windows, baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, doors and cabinets cleaned as well as the normal housecleaning. We wanted our house to sparkle to attract buyers. The Casalimpia crew did an outstanding job! They arrived when scheduled and worked continuously for almost 5 hours! They never stopped and did everything we asked for. They even swept the front porch and walk. Very professional. Will definitely use them again and recommend to friends.

They did an extremely thorough job! They cleaned everything from the blinds to the base boards. They even moved the large appliances (washer, dryer, stove, etc.) and cleaned underneath them. The house was absolutely immaculate when they were finished. And it only took them a couple hours. I would definitely use them in the future!

Had phone call in to the company. Got a phone cal form them stating they do not serve my area but will give me an estimate and then have someone else call me back to set up time and better estimate for my area. Never received call back from either one. Not very professional. n

I am very particular about the standard of quality, responsiveness and flexibility as well as the amount of detailed effort in the cleaning work that is completed; also, I am careful with whom I have come into my home and help with keeping the house clean from corner to corner; Casalimpia has exceeded my expectations and I can say, honestly, they are among the best, if not the best, I have hired over the many years of home cleaning services. A very hard working team and very nice people with an eye of leaving your Home in perfect condition. Quality, quality, quality!

She came and set up an estimate and told me what they would do and how much it was cost and were very accommodating to our schedule.

I found Casalimpia through a service company. I filled out the forms for cleaning services to contact me. I was contacted by the owner, Ms. Rosa within an hour. However, I was out and we played phone tag for a few days. When we did connect, an appointment was made for Ms. Rosa to come by our home the next day. The appointment was for 11:00 am. We waited until 12:30 for her, then we left to run errands. When we returned there was a message on the phone from Ms. Rosa. I had decided to not return the call when Ms. Rosa knocked on the door. She is a nice young woman that started this company about six years ago. She apologized for missing the appointment. I liked her so I decided to give her a try. She looked around the house, asked me what I wanted done and then informed me that the ceiling fans needed cleaning. I laughed and asked her to email an appraisal. I received the email the next day. A one time cleaning would cost $130.00 and a weekly cleaning would be $85.00. I called her and told her that I would like the one time cleaning. I also told her that we could not afford the weekly, so just the one time cleaning would be all we wanted. We set an appointment for the next day at around 9:00 am. Promptly at 9:00 am the next morning two maids arrived, one woman and one man. They were professional, but the young woman spoke no English and the young man's English was limited. They got right to work. They washed any dishes that were in the sink, plus the coffee pot and maker. They swept, mopped, vacuumed, cleaned the baseboards, scrubbed the bathrooms down, dusted the blinds, washed the sliding glass doors, and of course they cleaned the ceiling fans. They were here for about three hours and they did a great job. My husband said that he didn't think the guest bathtub had ever been that clean. My recommendation is to hire them for the one time cleaning. As I stated earlier, the weekly cleaning was too pricey for me so I can't say anything about that. However, I have a feeling that they would do just as good a job every week.
