I have been involved in the development of over 100 new towns and villages nationally and internationally, beginning with the Town of Seaside, Florida. Casalimpia has been handling all housekeeping in my personal residence for a great many of those year and have continually and consistently performed at the highest levels. Not only are they dependable and excellent at their work product but, as importantly, Jamie and her people are kind, pleasant and a joy to be with. Their ability to continue this for so many years is simply remarkable, and I am thankful that they work with me to this day.

Very Well. Yeimy Rosas runs a great team and met all my expectations. They did my "move out" clean the day before my family left town and exceeded my expectations. Well worth the money.

Hired for a deep cleaning...gave us a quote and then charged us even more!! When arrived home found broken shelves, broken shower head, baseboards not cleaned....the list goes on....we paid over $400 for completely unsatisfactory work!! Called and they returned the next day, thinking everything would work out they then wanted us to leave our jobs to come and check their work?? Obviously, we couldn’t just leave work!! Arrived home and still items broken, furniture moved and not replaced. Called owner and set up yet another cleaning....thinking 3rd times a charm....man were we wrong!!! Every window they cleaned now has deep scratches in them!! Owner came out and said that they didn’t do it. They also didn’t touch the glass showers!! Don’t leave any chairs around because they stand on your furniture to reach items that they can’t!! Just think what they do when your not there!! Completely unsatisfied and will be going further as now we have asked for their business license as well as their insurance info and the owner has yet to provide....do they not have??? At this point would not recommend them to clean my dog house!!! If anything changes will update this post....HOMEOWNERS BEWARE!!! All of their reviews are nothing but excellent....think it’s a coincidence??

Crew is consistent and reliable. They clean my father-in-law’s assisted living apartment weekly. They are great about letting us know about any issues that need attention. They have cleaned weekly since Oct 1, 2019 and continue working (written Feb 18, 2020) on a weekly cleaning basis. So very glad they are there when I cannot be.

The ladies at Casalimpia cleaned my father-in-law’s apartment in Sandestin. They mopped the floors, changed the sheets, vacuumed the carpeting, dusted, wiped down countertop services. They were cordial and worked quickly and efficiently. They worked for us from October 1, of 2019 weekly up until mid-April of 2020. Yes, during the pandemic. Yes, in an assisted living facility. that was between housekeepers. Yes, they are that good. Medical necessity good. They wear gloves and masks and are aware of social distancing during a pandemic. The only reason we stopped was that my 96-year-old father-in-law required hospice care for end-of-life issues unrelated to the pandemic. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Casalimpia employees are honest and consistsnt. They care about the people for whom they work. They let me know when things came up that we needed to know about. Their prices as professional cleaners are fair. They cleaned like it was their own family member for whom they were working. Yes, they are THAT good.

Yeimy and her crew/family at Casa Limpia are the best you can find. For 14 years they cleaned our second home in Destin and not once did we ever have any problem. Not once did they miss a spot here or there. I cannot say enough positive about them and the only reason we stopped is because we sold our home. I wish they had a crew in Atlanta so they could clean our home here.
