The gutters work great, once the crew finally showed up. They are not very good at showing up when they say they will.

They did a great job. They were awesome. We liked their professionalism, the work crew, the cleanup, the price and the job that they did. They did not charge us any extra for the modification of a downspout. The gutters have been working great until now. They even gave us great advice on how to put the things at the end of the gutter that carry the water away from the house. They explained anything that they were doing differently, about the how and why and what they did to carry the water away. They were just excellent. We will use them again in the future if we need more gutters.

Contacted Eric the first time to install a gutter system on one side of the house which we recently had pool equipment installed. We didn't want water running off the roof onto the motors and heater so we decided on guttering. The work was quick and very high quality and we loved it. Shortly after this job was complete, we discovered we had a pretty serious drainage issue with our new pool deck and pool enclosure. Eric came out and we spend quite a bit of time discussing solutions and we finally agreed on installing underground drainage pipe on both sides of he enclosure attached to the down spouts to move the water away from the pool deck. I also decided to finish guttering the entire perimeter of the house. Eric's crew came out and did all the work in a couple hours and it came out great. Eric and his crew were very professional and we couldn't have decided on a better team to do the work.

When Eric came to the house to give an estimate he was able to provide ideas that were very helpful. He is personable and had answers for all our questions. It took us awhile to get set up with a time that would work for us and them to have the old gutters removed. We then asked for time to paint, before the new gutters were put up. As soon as the painting was done, we called to set up a time for them to replace some rotten wood and hang the gutters. They came out today - the finished product looks amazing. Now the only thing left is how well it does during a hard rain. The company workers were very respectful and willing to answer questions, at the end of the day they walked with us to critique the job. Three days later To our untrained eye everything looked amazing. It was not so great after all. Leaks and poor fittings were throughout the system (we have the gutter running the entire perimeter of the roof line.) The workers were to come back on Monday and do one thing that was incomplete, they were on time and right away recognized the problem we had. They were able to make the adjustments and fix the poor workmanship that the first crew gave us, however, we have not been able to run water through the system to check the effectiveness. Then, a day after I wrote the check for the finished work, I got a call from Eric saying the check was short by $243.00. Since they made an additional trip to remove the gutters, we were charged extra-my understanding was that the $243 was to be paid at the time of service but was included in the total estimate. Not the case! Wish that we had thought to double check on that before the work was done. The jury is still out on "Would You Use This Provider In The Future?"

I received approximately six estimates from various companies, and this one's price was squarely in the middle. What swayed me in their favor was their written lifetime warranty on workmanship, and 20 year warranty on paint job. They scheduled me for a Friday, or Monday, and did not show on either of those days. When I called Eric, the owner on Tuesday, he advised that his crew was out sick, but that they would be there in the next few days. They did show up, and completed the job that day. When completed, they called and said the owner needed payment that day, as some other people had not paid them on time. I didn't have a problem with that, but had to make a special trip to give them their money. As it didn't rain for a few days after, so that I could make sure the job was completed correctly, I had to wait to see one slight problem. I called the owner, who said he would be there on a certain day, and he did not show up. I had to call him again, and he said he would write it down this time, and he finally completed the job. Overall I was happy with the job and the price, but I deducted a grade because I had no communication from them when they didn't show as promised.
