Thought it went well until I took a look at the work they'd done. A child could have done a better job. They butchered the drip edge on my brand new roof by cutting it and bending it until wood was showing. The corner joint and fixtures were a different color from the gutters. They leak like a sieve when it rains and they didn't put a proper slope to allow the water to drain. In fact, it was so bad, the water was expected to drain uphill. I would not recommend this business to my worst enemy. Very shoddy work, poor customer service (owner hung up on me), and company refuses to honor their lifetime warranty policy.

Showed up and did the work as planned. Did it fast and no problems.

One of the worst contractors I have ever dealt with in over 30 years of maintaining and building homes. Quotes are extremely high; promises excellent workmanship and product but once paid you will never be able to get problems fixed. Have tried for months to get some simple problems fixed so that his gutters will keep rain from pouring onto the porches but he either won't answer or sends someone that doesn't fix the problem. One of his workers showed up either high on drugs or with mental problems and had to be asked to leave the property after he became openly hostile. I am just hoping to save others from going through what I have by posting this review. Do not sign an agreement with Architectural Gutters; there are good gutter contractors around this area that will stand by their work.

Anthony did a great job when he came out to estimate and the installation was fine.

I couldn't get an estimate for new gutters from this company. I made the initial inquiry on a Thursday and was told they would come the following Wednesday. They didn't. I called two more times just trying to get an estimate and was given excuses why they didn't bother to call me. Obviously, it they were now to show up and give an estimate, I wouldn't use this outfit even if they were the lowest bidder.

Can't get them to finish the job. I have been waiting since February to get them to finish. They need to hang a rain chain that I paid for. Repeated call get no action. Still don't have a date for installation

Terrible. Was given an install date between 13 and 17 April. Did not hear from company. I called on the 13th twice to check what day they would do the work. No responce. Called again on the 14th. Again no responce. Anthony finally called me on the afternoon of the 16th. He apoligized and asked if thy could do the install on Saturday the 18th. I said yes. He told me the crew would be out bt 1000 am. Crew never showed up. I called the office only to get the answer machine. Again no responce. I called again Tuesday the 21st and left a message with the receptionist for Eric or Anthony to call me. It is now the 25th and no call. I give up...

They did a very nice job. It took them a long time to get me scheduled, they were very busy apparently. Other than that, no gripes. If a family member or a neighbor was considering working with this provider I would want them to schedule ahead of time. I thought the price was very fair. They did come when they said they would come. I really didn't interact with them except on the first day they came out to do the estimate.

Response time was good; work was completed in a normal amount of time; work was good.

It was great! They did a great job. Reliable, quick, and very proffesional.

Excellent except I was not aware when they were coming. Nice surprise though. They were fast, efficient and the finished work was tested by rain with four hours. Excellent job.

Whole process was great from start to finish. We received our quote on a Friday, the week before Christmas. Figured it would be a couple of weeks because of the holidays, but got a call Monday that work was performed and completed. It had also been raining on and off that Monday so I was even more amazed that it had been done. We initially got a quote from another well know company that does multiple installations, and the quote from AGS was significantly under what the other place was asking for install. We are very happy with the work that was done, and the quick turnaround to get everything installed.

Had to call and remind the company I was still waiting for gutter installation - seemed maybe I got lost in the shuffle. Once I was back on the books, service was prompt and done well.

I called AGS, had to leave a message with approximate measurements and asked them to call me back with a guesstimate for what the cost would be. They promptly called back with a guesstimate and made arrangements to come out the next day to look at the job. The next day they called to let me know they were on their way out. A short time later they called and their water pump(?) had gone out on their truck. But, not to cause an inconvenience he agreed to come out the next day and do the job for the estimate they had given on the phone. An employee for the company showed up and did a very timely and professional job. I wish I could recall the employee's name because he was great.

We recently purchased our home and needed someone to address a couple of issues with the gutters identified by the inspector, as well as to add gutters in two areas where we felt they were needed. I called for an estimate and had a bit of difficulty getting an appointment set up. When they did come out they were on time, professional, and gave me a great quote for the work. They told me at the time of estimate that it would be at least one month before they could come to do the work since they were quite busy. Realizing I'm not the only person on the planet, I said that would be fine. I called them a month later and an appointment was made for them to come out to do the work. They were unable to make it that day, they did call to let me know and then to reschedule. We had a couple of hiccups along they way trying to get the work completed, but I do understand that we had an unusual situation with one of the new gutters that was being installed. My biggest wish is that the same technician who started the project would finish the project. Everyone who came out was completely professional, the work is first rate, but I think it may have gone better/faster if one person would have been handling the "unusual" gutter. That said, I would most definitely recommend their work. The gutters are terrific looking, the workers are very professional, the worksite was cleaned perfectly when they were through.

The gutters are up and working. They did a good job cleaning up after they were finished installing our gutters. I would definitely recommend and use Architectural Gutter Systems for future projects.

They knew what they were doing, they were professional, and fantastic.

Crew removed broken down, failing gutters. Installed new larger gutters after reattaching fascia boards. This company was the only one to quote fixing the fascia. Larger color coordinated downspouts were also installed. The crew cleaned up and removed all trash and left the jobsite in good condition. The new gutters and down spouts look great.

The workers showed up on time, They installed the gutters completely in one day. They insured the area was cleaned up. The workers reviewed with me the work completed and insured I was satisfied. I like the reinforced corners and the two downspouts on each corner where the water flow is heaviest. Great job. One critique: I would have liked to have downspout extensions that fold up for lawn work. I had them installed on a house in Omaha and they worked great.

After calling around, they were the only ones to show when they said they would. Once we decided to go with Architectural, they had people here putting up the shutters in just a couple of days. Staff was friendly and punctual.

I live in NJ and the property is in Crestview, FL. My managing agent went out and inspected and said he did a very good job. We would recommend and use him again. In fact, she said she might call on him in the future.

Workers were very efficient. They hustled and were through in no time at all. They answered any question my husband had. We had to wait for the endcaps to come in. They came and installed them with us not even knowing it! Would recommend them.

Eric was wonderful. The existing undersized gutters we had were causing one side of the building to flood when torrential downpours were overtaxing what was there. They up-sized to a 6" covered gutter system with an additional downspout and replaced a lot of rotten wood. Love the color, they matched the existing paint perfectly. A pleasure to deal with. We think it was very fairly priced considering the scope of the work and condition of the facia. Job site remained clean, a bonus for the tenants. Would recommend with no hesitation.

I am very happy with the service. The price was good and the owner always took my calls and made time to speak with me. The work was performed per the schedule I was given. The gutters look great and I assume they will work great (it hasn't rained yet). I have already recommended AGS to several of my neighbors.

Called during a period of heavy rains... came out for estimate promptly . Stated he would begin in about 2 weeks due to backlog . Did not hear from him .Recalled and after about 1 month from time of initial contact, his crew began work. Worked efficiently and industriously 2 full days. It was a 2 story house with an additional area over an extra tall garage which made the men have to work at a 3 story level. Issue with bees and they forged ahead even at high heights. Cleaned their debris .Left the yard neat. Work appears satisfactory and new gutters match existing gutters. We have no complaints at this time . Quality work. Will use them again if necessary.
