Description of Work: THEY WERE VERY UNRESPONSIVE AND UNPROFESSIONAL WITH CUSTOMER. i WAITED 4 DAYS FOR A CALLBACK ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THEY DIDN'T NEED TO SEE THE JOB AND THAT THEY COULD GIVE ME A GENERAL PRICE OVER THE PHONE AND DISCUSS ADDITIONAL COSTS AT TIME OF SERVICE. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!

Description of Work: Removed old screening, supports, and defunct roll-up shutters on a large L shaped lanai, replacing them with new screening and accordion shutters to secure porch and three large sliders. Work done quickly and professionally, but on followup, a large floor tile creaked during demolition of old work and promised to be replaced never materialized-- an irritant in another wise good job.

Description of Work: Porch Factory was contracted to enlarge my existing screened patio. They had to pour a concrete floor and then do a birdcage screen. We were satisfied with their job. They did have to come back for a repair and they did without hesitation.

Description of Work: Work involved a total rescreening of my pool enclosure, including the roof. They replaced all rusted anchors and screws, removed and disposed of three sections of a kick plate that I no longer wanted, and did a great job repairing a door I thought I would have to replace.

Description of Work: If I had known beforehand that this is company was so good in it's construction detail, I would not have ever bothered getting estimates from other companies. Ray Atkinson arrived at our home to measure the porch and to give us an estimate. The actual cost never deviated from the estimate. Ray represented the company well. Businesslike, serious, precise and intelligent, we were able to make our decision quickly and without hesitation. The gentlemen who did the actual work were diligent and well focused. They worked hard during a long day without taking a break. Quiet, goal directed and serious the outcome was exemplary. Would hire this company again without a second thought! NJR
