+ -1 moreCalled them on a Saturday morning because the toilets were bubbling and there was a horrendous odor in the house. They came within a few hours, unclogged the line (showing us a HUGE grease ball causing the clog), and pumped approximately 1000 gallons of sewage from the septic tank. Very professional. Great people! Would use them again and highly recommend them!

+ -1 moreLoved these guys, they were a little late but cheaper than others I called and every bit as good or better as when I had it done years ago I asked the guy to hose down sides of tank and clean out the muck at the bottom and he said it was better not to and these guys cleaned it out 100%. Owner showed up to make sure things were done right. Love these guys and will deffinately use them again. I wrote a review for All around septic which was the wrong company

+ -1 moreI called sevearl companies during the week to get estimates for pumping out the tank and snake the lines to clear a blockage. Jason promtley returned my call with the information. At the time, I did not make an appointment but by Friday night the situation had escalated to emergency status and Jason agreed to meet early Saturday. He was prompt, assessed the situation, completed the the work and in less than an hour my situation was resolved..... all lines open. Jason was professional, patient with my numerous questions and knowledgeable about everything connected with the workings of the septic system. The price was extremely reasonable and I am so fortunate to have found him. I have several rental units and now have one septic service....

John showed up on time. He was informative, polite, and professional. I trust that all of Jason's employees are as nice as John. We highly recommend All About Septic Service, Inc. The company was just a pleasure to deal with and the pricing was fair. They will definitely become a part of our families, "permanent service provider list."
Description of Work: I called All About Septic Service when I heard gurgling in our plumbing after flushing the toilet. I went on line to see what would possibly cause that and the number one hit was septic problems. I then researched septic services and All About Septic Service, Inc. has a very informative website with frequently asked questions and a complete overview of how a septic system should function. I was most impressed and called them ,being unsure of what service we really needed. They offered to come out the same day which did not work for us but came out the following morning. It turned out that all we needed was to have our septic tank pumped which was the service performed. They could have told us we needed much more and we would never have know the difference. It is very reassuring to know that there are still honest reputable companies that provide homeowner services.

+ -1 moreOverall it went well. The owner was very responsive, kind, a good listener and appeared concerned about my problem. I like his response time. AAS got the job done quickly and efficiently. I did have a plumber look at it afterward...(a guy I met way after AAS did the job) and he stated that the materials they used weren't amazing...to be honest I really can't tell the difference as I know nothing about plumbing...but I overall I was please with their work, honesty and professionalism and I would recommend them and call them again.

+ -1 moreWe had been hearing the gurgling noises for a little while now and finally we knew it had to be done. After recently joining Angie's list we utilized it for the first time finding excellent reviews for this company. I called and within a couple hours David came out to our house to pump the tank. Evidently the tank had never been pumped before which lead to a gigantic mass having to be broken up and removed. There was also dead roots leftover from a tree that we had previously gotten rid of in the way. David explained everything that was going on to my husband as he went. David also gave instruction on how to take care of and maintain our septic system. I will recommend this company to everyone I know and I will definitely use them again!

+ -1 moreJason arrived a little later than expected (he was at another location), but went right to work. He gave my sons an education about proper care of the system, and helped them begin the clean up. Jason was pleasant, prompt, and efficient.
Description of Work: My septic had backed up into the house; we thought it would be necessary to have the tank pumped out, but it was the lift-station pump that had failed. Jason had a replacement on his truck, came out and installed it. He also was kind enough to help my sons begin cleaning up the bathroom, as they were overwhelmed. I feel he went above and beyond, and would recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: David from all about Septic was great to work with. He responded quickly, identified the septic location and the problem immediately In addition to pumping the tank, which was really full, he provide good advise about preventing future problems plus a potential maintenance issue that might come up in the future. His suggestions to fix the problem if it occurred was very detailed and logical. They also offered a $20 discount for Angies List customers. I would certainly call them right away if another problem comes up or when the tank needs emptied in the future.

Being a first time home owner I asked the service technician several questions about my septic tank and how to maintain it. He was polite, professional, and knowledgable in what he was doing. He discovered my tank had been sealed shut with mortar and was able to break through without damaging my tank. I thanked David for his extra effort and feel this first experience could have gone much worse... Thank you!

+ -1 morethe owner greeted me and said he was there to fix all of the problems he dug up the tank and told me that it needed to be pumped so he can see in the tank he also asked how old the house was strange but he was fishing for something told him it was built in 98 and he told me that it might have a filter so they pumped it down and he started to dig up another lid and when he opened it and there was a filter he put a water hose in the pipe and said he wanted to make sure the drain field was taking water the owner jason went above and beyond the call of my problems and we are thankfull that there are still people out there that dont rip people off
Description of Work: the owner came out to my house and fixed my septic system he said that i had a filter and a baffle wall in the tank and he pulled it out cleaned it and explained how it works had other septic people out here and had to keep calling every week when the tank filled up and now that all about septic came out and cleaned the filter and pumped the tank again the problem was fixed
