Arrived at my property within the hour even though it was not an emergency. Fast, clean, professional.

It went very well. I bought the deal on Friday and was contacted the same day. They came on Monday morning as promised. David was phenomenal. He was clearly well experienced and was done within an hour. He completely drained the tank and cleaned it out. He also gave me some tips on how to actually use the septic. I will definitely call them again in 3 years to clean the tank again. They offer a great service.

Everything went fine, and learned what and what not to do to prevent problems. We were very pleased.

Great service. From the time I contacted the provider, everything went perfectly. I received an email and a phone call confirming one of the dates I had provided for service. I was given a 9:00 a.m. appointment. The technician, Jeremy, was right on time. He introduced himself and shook my hand. I went with him to where I thought the septic tank was. I asked him what he would do and he let me know everything he would do. He located the system and checked it out to make sure everything was correct. He cleaned it out. He put the grass and hose back. I asked how often I should have the tank inspected and if I should use any of the products that are on the market. He said I should have it inspected every two years, which I will do. Perfect service. I highly recommend this company and will call them for an appointment in two years.

Failed to rinse the tank as promised, didn't own up their own words to do the job properly.

Not only was the technician on time, he was quite knowledgeable efficient and professional. He knew exactly where the trap was and therefore he didn't have to dig around our yard to find it like others in the past have had to do. I wasn't home when the service was performed but my husband was. He was totally pleased with the technician and the work performed, which means a lot. We would definitely use this company again. The technician told us to call the company in 5-6 years....we will.

I called and spoke to Janice because we were having trouble with gurgling and flushing our inside toilets. We had a new drain field installed by another company approx. 3 yrs. ago. All About Septic Serv. sent Dave to our house and he explained everything to us in terms we could understand. The problem was a clogged filter installed with the new drainfield. Dave thoroughly pumped and cleaned our filter and tank. Dave was very professional and did his job as a professional. This was very much appreciated as it's hard to find people that care about their job. We feel he went above and beyond and really cared that we had a good thorough job. Thank you for caring that your customer got what was promised. I will absolutely use your company in the future and recommend others to you.

It went excellent. They were prompt, clean, efficient and first class. It was outstanding.

They came out to do the work but were unable to do so because I have a city septic tank. The technicians that came out were very nice. A few days later, someone from their office called me screaming at me, saying that it was my fault they were not able to do the work, and insisted that I not get a refund on work they were not able to perform. She was very unprofessional.

For several years I've used All About Septic for issues on the septic tanks of my residence and my rental properties : including pump outs, snaking lines to remove clogs , repair broken pipes, replace pumps and installing a new septic field. They respond promptly to all service calls, quickly diagnosis the issue and charge a fair and reasonable price to correct the issue so I never feel that a second opinion is needed. Definitely a stoke of luck to have found someone with his knowledge and integrity.

After agreeing on a date and time to come out, I asked if they would touch base with our tenant to ensure she would be home, which they did. The technician(s) came out as scheduled (apparently an apprentice technician was receiving some on the job training), and promptly performed the task. The gentlemen were extremely professional and courteous to our tenant, and provided a follow up phone call to me to suggest some inexpensive maintenance tips to keep our tank unclogged. Never once did they try to sell me on some unnecessary, expensive procedure. (this is common practice with many septic tank companies). Overall this was an extremely positive experience. I have since recommended All About Septic Service, Inc. to a co-worker, and he booked them to pump out 2 of his houses. I highly recommend these folks.

Fantastic. Removed grass & lids then removed & cleaned filter. Pumped out septic & replaced all pieces. Cut off pipe as it was too long & nearly hit back wall. Replaced all items. Suggested we invest in a lid that would make access easier so we can clean our filter every 6 months. Will call back at a later date to get cost for them to do this for us as we never even knew there was a filter in the tank. Great service & response. Punctual, professional & genuine.

After a competitor wanted to come out just for a quote, and added all of these additional services that I "needed", for which I did not budget, I needed to look elsewhere. I went to Angie's List, saw the coupon for All About Septic and they came right out and provided the asked-for, no-nonsense service at a great price.

I called in the morning for a septic emergency (aren't they always emergencies). Polite and professional on the phone. Arrived on schedule that afternoon. Work truck was clearly identified. Service person (John) worked hard. He also was happy to explain the work that was done. Price was very fair. He left the work site clean and in order. I would have no hesitation about using this business for all the related needs. I used Angies list as a source for selecting this business. Angies List is super, as well.

arrived when scheduled. went right to work. finished and cleaned up. left saying thank you to us. overall very impressed with the service.

Septic was backed up into house, called them and they said they would not be able to come until the next day. They told me I could remove the cover at the access port to relieve pressure until then. They came the next evening at about 6:30. Pump out went fine. They showed me how water was draining back from the drain field. They said it could be possible to jet out the pipes. We opted to go on to city sewer.

Our toilets and shower drains were sluggish and had even backed up when it rained so we knew it was time to have the septic tank pumped out and were afraid we might need to have the drain field replaced. All About Septic Services came out promptly and talked to us and pumped the septic tank. They suggested I add RidX every month and said if I do that, I shouldn't need their services again for a couple of years. I was shocked because the last company that pumped the tank said we have such a large family that we should do it every 6 months and the last company was rude about how hard it was to pump it out. It has been 9 months since we had it done and we haven't had any more trouble, even with several heavy rains. Septic tank pumping isn't very glamorous but when you need it done, things can get ugly fast! It is great to know that there is a knowledgeable, competitively priced company available to do the job. He arrived before the scheduled time, was down to earth, friendly, and informative! Will definitely use him as our service provider in this field!

I was rudely told they were too busy to get to me before Monday. I asked about the advertised 24 hour service and was told "we don't do that anymore" and then she hung up on me.

Jason came to our home and determined that the tank was buried deeper than expected and he would need to dig down 3 feet to expose a cap. He came back several days later, dug to expose the cap and pumped out the tank. He found roots and debris in the tank and informed us that the roots etc. needed to be removed. Several days later he and his crew came and removed the material in the tank. The crew were all very courteous and explained what they needed to do.

Very well. Our septic tank backed up and needed to be pumped. We, know nothing about septic tanks and Jason, thank goodness did. He found the tank without a problem, pumped it and told us different ways to keep it working properly. We will surely use him again and recommend his company.

Came within 24 hours for the first call (pumping) and it took about 30 minutes. He explained what he did and what still needed to be done. came back the next day and did the rejuvenation. Again explained the process and even had me look into the tank and fully understand what he was doing. They credited the pump out charge against the total cost of the rejuvenation so I didn't pay an extra $195. Overall, very reasonable, very clear on what needed to be done and done relatively quickly (second process was about 1.5 hours).The worker did a great job of not disturbing the yard any more than necessary and unless you were looking for it you wouldn't know the area was dug up.

First we needed a pump out, That was done same day I called him. Excellent service our house and yard smelled pretty bad til waste was removed. Second Jason inspected tank and found it was collapsing in on it self. We discussed what needed to be done which included putting sand in the old unit and then installing a new unit. It took about a week to get all permits, but the work was completed in one and 1/4 days. I feel Jason met my expectations and exceeded them. I have recently been ripped off by several businesses since purchasing this house and that is why I signed up for Angie's List. I look forward to using it in the near future.
