It went very well. We've had All About Septic do work for us before. They are very prompt and do a great job.

Refer to above. Plus I contacted Angies and was told you would contact the provider and get back to me. You never replied. I just contacted Angies and was given a run around. You are worthless. Refund or else I contact State Attorney General in Florida.

Overall they did a good job. Friendly, punctual. They could have done a better job on restoration of the ground that was dug up, but overall "B" job

All went well fast and professional.

The crew arrived at time scheduled. They located tank. dug up the lid. The tank had branches roots and other debris. They removed all and gave good advice for future. Very Professional.

We called to have clean out and we were able to schedule within 48 hrs. He arrived at time scheduled, performed work professionally, answered all husbands questions. We would not hesitate to use again.no problems found, just needed routine cleaning out, which had not been done for over 15 years.

Called for service, since they did not need me present they did the job while I was at work and it was finished on time and it was wonderful that I didn't have to miss work to get the service done.

Great job! Did not charge us extra for a larger septic. Also, updated us on what to do moving forward. Very professional and will definitely use him again!!

He was very professional and accommodating with my limitations on space and such. It took about 3 days total, but I still had use of my driveway. Everything was cleaned up the best it could be and I am very happy with the results.

They did not do what they said they were going to do and we had to use someone else and pay more money to have it done again. Considering they didn't do anything the price is an F. They did not do any repair like they said they were going to do. They showed up the next day or two later so time wise it was a C. They should have done there job.

I called on a Monday to have them come out Tuesday on my day off, called them on Tuesday by noon, asked if Wednesday would be better for them as I had some errands to run, they said yes, stayed home all day Wednesday waiting on them, they never showed or called. I called them around 4pm got voice mail, called back around 4:30pm no answer. They never did call me back nor did they attempt to provide a service. I spent a day and a half off of my 2 days off waiting for NO SHOW!

I saw this rating on Angie's list so I called a week in advance for an appointment on my only day off. They were supposed to be here at noon, but no one showed up or called. I called the office and they said the driver was having some issues but would be to my house . I asked the girl answering the phone if she could call the service man and get an approximate time even if it was late that day so that I could go and run errands. I desperately needed a new septic tank. She said she would call and call me right back. Never heard back from anyone, no messages, no one ever showed. Had to call another company. Makes me wonder if the reviews are actual customers.

09/02/15 bought the service online via Angie's list. They called and came out the same day on 09/02/15 - very fast service. Tony Williams was very professional, hard working and the nicest man. Tony explained everything in detail and told me how to care for my septic tank. I highly recommend All About Septic Service and especially Tony.

Pumped it very quickly once he arrived. Pumped all the way to the bottom and rinsed tank. KRK, previously pumped my tank and when I went inside he hurriedly closed tank and did not pump all the way to the bottom. He also left the lid at an angle where dirt and water could enter tank. All About Septic Services, Inc. pumped all the way and positioned the lid properly. The pumping was much faster with All About Septic Services, Inc compared to KRK as well. The driver was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Tony came out initially and took the time to walk me through everything and show me what was what. Very personable, professional, went above and beyond my expectations. I would use them again in the future and recommend them to others

I called them up, probably around 5:30, and they had someone at my parents' house in the morning. I did not get the Angie's List discount because I did not book it through Angie's List. I did not think I could do it because I was doing it for my mom. and not in my own house. That was the confusion, but it was fine and my parents are fine with it.

They arrived as scheduled, drained septic and offered recommendations for ongoing maintenance. Staff member performing the job was very polite and efficient. I will use them in the future.

They were responsive, the work went well.
