XM Drywall Repairs

This company is the best you can find! Their finishing work is first rate, and very reasonable. They were personable and courteous and worked with me. They gave me ideas, but also listened to what I wanted, which resulted in the house looking better than I ever dreamed! I plan to hire them again, for my next project. I trust them completely and love their work!

Francisco is a wonderful person and a pleasure to do business with. He and his crew were beyond respectful and very hard workers. He gives you a time and he was there. Very prompt service. Snowbirds have great difficulty because all contractors take advantage of them. I told him I needed the job done by a certain day and he did whatever he had to do to be sure that happened. They worked overtime to get the job done. His work is flawless and he is very fair for quality work. he requires no money deposit and tells you, if you're not happy don't pay me until you are. The other companies wanted half the money before the job stared. So if you're not happy, you're in trouble! I am so happy I read reviews about another company I almost hired. I cancelled them and hired XM Drywall. Best decision I ever made. The other company did a job that I got to see and it was bad! I will certainly hire XM Drywalls again. I highly recommend Francisco from XM Drywalls.

Francisco was great! He always got back with me right away when I called, answered all questions and very polite. Didn t meet the crew but they did an excellent job.

XM Drywall contacted us very shortly after the posting. Francisco met us on the day promised to complete the estimate. Based on other work we were having done, he was able to get 2 members of his crew in two days later to complete the work. The work crew was very courteous, neat and cleaned up the job site before they left. We were very pleased with the result, and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Francisco and his team did a fantastic job. They arrived precisely on time each day. The workmanship was top notch. Our lanai ceiling was cracked and falling. They removed the ceiling, installed new green board, taped, skim coated and painted. We could not ask for a better job. They also removed all debris from our property and washed the lanai.
