Florida is full of people who claim to be Professional remodelers. I have met many contractors who I turned away due to not being honest. XM Drywall (Francisco) is extremely talented as well as his whole crew. Honest pricing, on time with their work and always a clean enviromnent prior to leaving the site. Could not ask for a better person to work with.

Francisco and his team were awesome. Extremely meticulous with an expensive backsplash glass tile that was no longer available—so not much room for error. They finished the job on time, on budget and professionally. Didn’t leave a trace of waste material behind. Half the price of a backsplash “pro” who never even bothered to follow-up on his quote. Glad we went with XM!

They did cabinet and counter reinstall and rebuild, drywall repair, painting and texturing. Work was exceptional, on time and exactly as budgeted. Was provided updates on regular basis. Great to work with. Would use them for any future projects.

The most important thing I can say is that Francisco takes pride in his work, he will not allow work to be second rate. The crew was professional, neat and quick. Our homes exterior was painted to perfection with all repairs completed. I would recommend them for painting and other work they do.

We needed the popcorn ceilings to be removed throughout our whole house. WOW, Francisco and his crew did a terrific job! It looks perfect! And he was very considerate and left everything so clean. I was satisfied with his work and his dedication to make it so nice. He was also very happy to see us happy and I appreciate that.

Hired them to replace original (brittle and tiled) bedroom ceiling with drywall + paint it. They were one of only about two companies to be responsive with me. They were the more costly option out of who got back to me, but they were more thorough in their estimate (they actually came to look at the job beforehand) + they were the only one accepting modern forms of payment. While I didn't feel I had much of a choice on who to hire for this project, I will absolutely hire them by choice for my next drywall install! They were incredibly kind, thorough, timely and just overall helpful. The value is there!

My experience with the guys was great! They arrived early everyday and worked the entire day except for a lunch break. Their work was excellent and they fixed issues that my previous contractor had taken shortcuts in completing I will definitely give them the opportunity to do future jobs for me.

The owner and crew was professional and paid attention to detail. They installed over 1700 square feet of tile. They did a great job and it's gorgeous. The price was very fair. They are putting in molding and doing Drywall, they also are doing some soffits. This was done in two weeks, very hard workers. I would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done.

Wow. I must say that Francisco and company has outdone themselves. We are thrilled with what they did in both new work and work that needed repaired. These guys are the drywall masters. Excellent work ethic. They always showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and the actual work. You don t pay for the work until they are done and you are satisfied. Even when there was a minor issue with one of seams after they had finished they came right back out and fixed the problem. Had a popcorn ceiling removed and they applied a new orange peel texture. Also had them paint the living room/dinning room and kitchen which was done well also. They took great care in protecting the flooring and other rooms while the work was in progress and cleaned everything up when they were finished. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for future projects.
