Wonderfully. The technician was professional and did a great job, arriving when promised and completing the work in a timely fashion.

I emailed them for a quote on re-screening my back porch and they were very quick to respond which was nice for a change. It was an old 1950's screened porch of about 400sqft. They wanted about $2500 to do all new aluminum and updated screening. I wanted just the old style with wood, and they don't offer that so I ended up not using them.

The Screen Doctor of Lee County, Inc. did a very good job. They were prompt and they did a good job. Overall they were very good.

Excellent, the sales person who initially came made suggestions and also gave us all options. We went with a better quality screen and door, that's why the price may look higher to some. The staff was always readily available to answer any questions along the way. The service man was excellent and did a good job installing all by himself. He stood until everything was right on!

The amount of time it took to have an estimator come out was over a week longer than any other company I contacted and then they never got back to me with the estimate even though I called two times. They kept explaining that they were busy. I suppose if you are that busy, you probably don't need any new business then. They certainly lost mine!

They charged me over 5 times as much as another company when I inquired later. They were very good, they were just overpriced. The workers were all very nice. I am happy with the screens, but am very unhappy with the price.

From the start, we were very impressed with The Screen Doctor's attention to detail. Steve closely examined the pool enclosure, listened to our concerns and gave us a detailed estimate for the work - unlike the other bids we received. Screen Doctors did not try to sell products or services we didn't need. The work started promptly as scheduled, was conducted in a professional manner, and the results are outstanding. Throughout the entire process, Screen Doctors responded promptly to questions and concerns and kept us informed of their progress. We highly recommend the Screen Doctors!

It went very well very professional . The technections were very polite and very thorough job.

The price was exorbitant -- almost more than double 2 other estimates from other companies. The person who came to measure acted like a used car salesperson and tried to convince us to do things that we did not want to do. Then, the company was slow to get us an estimate even though the provider was aware that we were trying to get the information submitted for approval by our HOA.

The owner came and provided us an estimate. Very professional and well versed in the many types of screens available. Screen installed yesterday and the two men were very professional, friendly, and worked the entire time. It took them a few hours. They showed me how the door operates and made sure I was happy. They cleaned up after themselves. No loitering or waisting time on the job.

Previous screens were extremely difficult to remove and replace, making it hard to wash screens and windows. The Screen Doctor was the only company willing to come and look at the problem. When I initially called they told me that it would be over 6 weeks before they could come and we went ahead and scheduled the appointment. In the meantime I called several other screen companies. Many didn't even return my calls and none would come do the work. When the representative (don't have his card in front of me, so I don't remember his name) came out he "guaranteed" he could make screens that would fit. We needed the screens within a few days and they were able to make them. I picked them up from their office, rather than having someone come deliver and that saved me $50. They had them ready when promised and the screens were easy to install and remove, as promised. This company was up front about the timing of their visit and then they fulfilled all their promises. I would definitely do business with them again and recommend them to others.

Called for an estimate and a sales person came out to measure, etc. Told us we needed to replace all the top brace screws as well as several other screens. Asked several times to give us an estimate at the time, but he said he would email it to me. After waiting 4 days, I called and requested the estimate. It was twice as much as the firm we decided on for the same work. Needless to say, we did not use this company.

I called them on a Monday to schedule an appointment; owner came immediately and gave us a quote; truly knowledgeable person. Everything was going perfect until we made our 75% deposit, the job would be done after 3 weeks they took it. Their office charged our card the same day we approved the quote; we suppose to receive a phone call from the person that prepares crews; it never happened; i left three voicemails and didn't receive a call back, on my last voicemail i told them that i found their service through angie's list, then i got a phone call next day; they scheduled my visit for the following week, i called to confirm the visit and to my surprise i wasn't on the schedule; i told the office manager that i would issue a chargeback and notify BBB about this situation, after this claim my appointment showed up. Work was truly good, however the process of getting it done wasn't smooth. I would not recommend this company, price is just right you won't save money, service is awful.

Had trouble getting the work scheduled at first

We would like to thank the screen doctor for sending Mr. Mark Myers who immediately recognized the condition of our pool en closure . He was very professional, When giving us the estimate he's describing in detail what needed to be done. We decided to re-screen the entire pool enclosure after showing us various options of screening we decided on the super screen ' yes more money ' but we are very pleased. We also appreciate screen doctor for sending out their crew who was on time and completed the job in a timely matter. We are very pleased with their performance and work even after calling them again for minor touch up upon completion. Again one of the crew members did respond and corrected the problem with no hesitation. We would recommend the screen doctor and would use them again if needed for their professional response and excellent crew members who did an excellent job. Thank You again the screen doctor.
