Description of Work: Came out for the initial measurements, told me it would take a few days to write up. Two weeks later (after 4 phone calls) the salesman called back and gave a "rough estimate" over the phone, I asked that he send me the proposal, which was suppose to go out in the mail the next day. I am still waiting for the proposal, 3 months later and have gone with another company that did follow through.

Description of Work: They were prompt in initial contact as well a completing job. Replaced all screens around pool, Some were loose and some had holes. They installed new tention wires and installed locks. We were happy with the whole job.

Description of Work: Gave estimate and it exceeded my funds available so asked for a bid for rescreening sides only and not the top at this time. I left 2 messages & got no follow up. He didn't get the job.

Description of Work: We contracted with the Screen Doctor to repair and replace all screens on our linae and to install a hurricaine shutter. They were top quality in terms of their work and very professional as a business. Their estimates were soiid and work was done as scheduled and in a timely manner. Now nearly a year after the work was completed it is obvious that it was done with top quality materials and workmanship. They were very good about explaining things and laying out options. In addtion, they took the lead in getting authorizations to do the work and letting us know what we needed to do to keep the process moving. Following the work, they scheduled the inspections and were on site with inspectors. All the work was scheduled were coordinated smoothly--often with us participating from afar. We are planning to have some addtional work done in the future and we will definitely call them first.

Description of Work: Because of the storms they had a lot of people who needed them. They replied right away and scheduled us as soon as they could. We were in no rush. Two men showed up and quickly and very professionally they replaced 3 large screens. They gave us an Angie's list discount. We were totally pleased. They were very courteous and efficient. They told us that screens last 10-15 years and so we know we will eventually need them back to do the whole cage. Hopefull not this year.

Description of Work: We contacted this company in March 2012 and they promised to come out on April 4, 2012. They showed up after that date and were supposed to email us an estimate. No estimate received even after several calls to ask them why. I called again one week ago and was told they would respond the next day, no call back. I realize they are busy but no one ever gets back with you. Very disappointed they ever received an A grade.

Description of Work: THE SCREEN DOCTOR PUT IN A SCREEN TO MY DOUBLE GARAGE DOOR. ELECTRIC ROLL UP AND DOWN WITH TWO REMOTES. THE SCREEN WAS FOR A DOUBLE GARAGE SIZE. IT LOOKS GREAT AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. AS ADVERTISED. THERE PRICE WAS ABOUT THE SAME FOR THIS TYPE OF SCREEN, AS ALL THE OTHER CONTRACTORS THAT I CONTACTED.
