They were good and I will use them in future.

I felt that their representative was not professional at all.

It turned out to be a beautiful job. The price was the main ingredient to let them do their work. They did a marvelous job. There were no problems with their professionalism and their cleanup.

He arrived on time. Richard was very polite. He stated he would give me an instemate for the work to be done. He had to go to his truck to do this. I believe he must have called a central location for the cost. He returned and told me the cost and I agreed to it before the work began. He did the job to my nsatisfaction. Put the old unit in the new box for disposal. He asked if I needed anything else done and I replied no. It took him from arrival to departure one and one half hours. This was roughly $133.33 per hour. I would recommend them for this reason. I think the cost out-weighed the installation.

I haven't had the work done yet so I can't rate the quality of their work.

It worked out fine. He showed up on time and is a professional worker.

They were pretty good. They were on time when they said they were going to be. The guy that came went above and beyond. The cabinets took longer than we thought. I thought he would have to take just the bottom cabinet down, but he had to take the top cabinet too. He was really helpful in emptying stuff; he didn’t just stand there and wait while I emptied stuff, but he was passing everything to me so we could work together on it. They came, looked at the job, called the office, confirmed the price and then gave it to me, and we went from there. I knew the price upfront before he even started the work; so that was a good thing. The price was very reasonable. I would use them again in the future if needed.

Cecil was the handyman and he did an excellent job. He was able to troubleshoot a fire hazard with our existing ceiling fans and went above the call of duty to help us choose replacement fixtures. Matt is the district manager and he also came to our home to provide the estimate. He was polite and followed up the next day to make sure we were happy. The company was very responsive--I called in the morning and they came out that afternoon. We were very happy with the price too. A great experience overall!

We decided to go with them based on other recommendations. I thought it went well, overall. He was professional, and he did a good job. The price was pretty good. Everything was good.

Called for an appointment on 10/8/10 and was told someone would be out between 9 and 9:30 am the next day. We waited until 10 am with no word from them. The technician finally called at 10:30 saying he was at the gate to our subdivision. He told me he had an "emergency" and couldn't reach me earlier (not true - the phone never rang). When I explained we were not home and apologized he told me he guessed there was nothing he could do about that - like it was our fault.

He was very determined to get it fixed even though it was not easy.

I was not happy, the hourly rate was very high for the skill of the craftsman.

I was very pleased about the quick respons when I called. I called Thursday afternoon and Brian arrived on time the next morning. He assessed the job quickly and did the amount of work I thought was reasonable for the problem. I was very pleased with the work.

Got here exactly when promised and finished the job in a very professional manner. Job was done in a cleanly manner, and I would recommend Ivan highly. We are very satisfied with his work.

I requested an estimate to fix a rotting fascia board in the front of our house. David Proud was sent out the next day to give an estimate. The estimate was very fair and I was impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. He had a terrible time finding rough cedar, but he updated me daily and had to drive quite a ways to finally find some. Since it was so hard to find and we only needed about 6 feet, he called me from the lumber yard to see if I wanted to purchase the entire 16ft board in case we need it in the future. I thought that was a great idea and appreciated his thoughtfulness. He also stopped by Home Depot and bought a small can of paint that matched perfectly. He did a great job and you can't tell that section has been replaced (I was concerned about that because it was right next to the front door). I will definitely use their services again in the future.

They were great, I didn't have any problems with them. I would absolutely use them again.

This person described himself as a finish carpenter. Not. This person never told us he was going to use a paintbrush to paint our cabinet doors and facings, nor did he tell us that using such a technique would leave permanent brush marks. Instead, he removed doors and started painting them on the floor of the garage. When he was "finished," we pointed out many errors, drips and faults. He took care of a few, told us he would deal with the rest, then asked us to sign something. We have not heard from him since. Workmanship shoddy. Tomorrow supervisor will be here to "look at" the job.

Their prices were reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I called them about a small item and they came back and fixed the problem.

They are a booking agency and are very much an agent of who they send out. One person may be fabulous and the next may not, you just dont know. I have recommended them.

There was just one man that they sent out to do the work. He seems very competent and knows what has to be done and does it. I will continue to use them for future work and would recommend them to others.

They were very timely in their work. They communicated well with me, showing me what they were doing. It was nice to learn about the unit. I would use them again.

The original estimate was $160.00 to install the fan. When the repairman determined that it was the switch that was malfunctioning and not the fan, he said he would have to call into the office to let them know that he was not going to be replacing the fan, but was going to have to install the GFI switch instead. After talking with the office, he told us that for him to install the GFI switch, the cost would be an additional $110.00. Since we were going to have to pay him anyway for his trip out to our home, and since we were on vacation (this is a family vacation home), we felt that we had no choice but to pay him this additional fee in order for the fan to be repaired. We OKed the work, the repairman went to home improvement store and bought the switch, came back to the house, and installed it. The total time for him to install the switch was about 10 minutes. He neglected to buy a switch cover, so my husband had to go back to home improvement store and buy a switch cover.

Overall, he was efficient and very competent. Worth every dollar paid.

Paul did the work neatly and cleaned up everything. He came early on the 2nd morning and worked quietly as he finished the repairs to Fla room. He installed new vertical blinds. I would certainly call the company again and ask for Paul Clark.
