Gave us an estimate for the work and when we finally signed on the house we gave them a call and they were great in responding quickly to our request. We wanted them installed before we moved in. Not a problem.

The gentlemen that Handyman Connection - Fort Myers sent out was not a qualified electrician. The fan was tied into the entertainment center. He got the darn thing up, but he was not able to complete the electrical.

They did a good job but I paid $200 for less than 2 hours of work. I had bought the door to be installed (with the jam) and staged it for them. I think $20-30 / hr is much more fair than $100/hr. They do good work but they are paid rather handsomely for it. Not sure if I will use them again. I would have been very happy at $100-150 but $200 is just not cool.....

I decided not to use this company due to the handymans sloppy appearance, both personal and vehicle. The reasoning being that if he had so little pride in his personal apperance, what kind of pride would he have in his work.

They did not seem to know what they were doing, and I thought their price was too high. The gentlemen that came out could barely speak English, and it was hard to communicate to him.

He was fantastic. I thought that his price was outstanding, and he spent five hours for the work. There were some nail holes from the painter that I forgot to clean out, and he took these out and touched these up for me. I was very pleased with him.

Robert showed up on time for the estimate and listened carefully because I had an unusual job. He showed up on time for the work. He was extremely pleasant. He was able to accomplish beyond my expectations.

They are very prompt, friendly and they give a price before they start the work. They charged me $125 and I’m not able to compare or grade them with regard to a price. I would use them again in the future.

We hired another contractor to do the job.

Told him to forget it. I'm going to find someone else.

He was great. He was on time and did what he had to do. He didn't even charge me for the visit.

kerry was a very nice man. the huge curtain rod was a bugger as there is no support in my walls. he got it up so that it was sturdy, then hung the 6 drape panels for me. the price included all supplies he picked up, including a part for the garbage disposal and the wood for the frame and the 4 x 8 ft pegboard. the garbage disposal turned out to be unfixable (not his fault, it was old and rusted out) and i will have him back in a few weeks to install a new one, along with a few more jobs i'm sure i'll find by then. kerry was here from 10am until 3:30pm. he had to run out to home depot for parts during that time and was back quickly. everything he did is great. i recommend him to anyone needing a few fix ups here and there.

Very sloppy job of painting. Wall color on ceiling, ceiling color on walls. Had to call them back to correct problems. Work was performed at 13260 Broadhurst Loop. Fort Myers Fl. 33919

He came right away and worked very efficiently when he was here. The price for the work I got done was fabulous but I got an estimate from them for cleaning gutters and it was so high that I didn't take it. The quality of the work was excellent.

I had a coupon from Angie's List for $49 for two hours work. I got it in April and used it recently. I made an appointment and the handyman showed up promptly. He had me show him all the repairs needed. He made a call to his district manager, and told him the list of repairs. There was a charge immediately for labor. I asked what the $49 for two hours meant. He said his company, Handyman Connections charged by the job, not the hour. He was efficient, professional and very knowledgable. He was quick and did the jobs I needed done. The time was 2&1/2 hours and the charge was $161.65, which included a new door handle. I called the district manager after the handyman left, and he told me that he did charge by the job, but Angie's List wanted an offer of amount by the hour. He complied, but told me that he wanted the advertising, which was understandable to me, and thought he could explain it. I told him I was paying but somehow there seemed to be two things going on. One, Handyman Connections needs the work and a good review, and Angie had their own adjenda. What is that all about? I was happy with the work and the people involved with Handyman Connections and will use them again. This time I will get a estimate of the cost of what work I want done. The district manager sent me three coupons for $25 = $75. This was a very appreciated offer, but I wonder what Angie's List can explain to me about their Big Deals. Thanks, Joan
