I had received an estimate and diagnosis of front wheel bearings and struts replacement from another repair shop and wanted a second opinion so found Terry Wynter on Angies List. They scheduled me right away for an appointment to evaluate my car. After driving it and looking at it they said I did not need the strut replacement but only the wheel bearings. They also explained cost and quality of parts used by them versus the other shop and why the struts were not necessary. Overall it saved me $300.00. Also, the other place was going to have me leave my car and Terry Wynter finished the job in two hours and gave me a lift to Starbucks while I waited. They took time to explain everything and were very courteous and professional.

They're very good. I think it was a great service. I think that they're very honest and the service is very good. I've used them off and on for two to three years. I think the price was extremely fair. They really were professional.

They were pleasant and were able to do the work quickly. It was a minor thing that they had to do. We couldn't do it and they did it and they didn't charge us.

Replaced both wheel bearings and repaired cruise control. Car sounds much better and can now use my cruise again. One of the technicians drove the car with me and I described the sound it was making and immediately diagnosed it as a wheel bearing. Returned to the shop and the needed the car for most of the day to make the repairs same day. Called me with pricing before initiating repairs to get my authorization. Offered me a ride home while they kept the car and then returned to pick me up after repairs were complete. Great service and honest dealings.

We like their service and we keep going back to them. I've recommended friends to them and they became his customers. I also like his participation in community activities in the local area.

Listed things that needed attention, gave accurate estimate for repairs, called with changes, had repairs done on time. Pricing seemed very fair for the amount of work done.

I went to Terry's shop for a second opinion on my broken AC in my Honda. The first repair shop I went to quoted me over $600 to repair the AC. I went to Terry's and he was able to repair the Fan without replacing the whole AC unit. It saved me over $300. with the difference I was able to have my broken window repaired. They were very attentive, responded quick to our call and had the car repaired the same day. I will be using them again. Excellent Service and Excellent Price!

My husband is (well was) a mechanic in Illinois (where we just moved from) and I know that a lot of places are dishonest and overcharge. Terry and his staff are WONDERFUL! Now that my husband is no longer working on cars, I will be using Terry!

It went just as it should. They were professional; on time; and thorough. They were substantially less cost than dealing with the Lexus dealership.

We have used Terry Wynter's (5) times now - Sliding window, broken AC, Alignment, Transmission flush, and today they took in our employee's car that had been broken into. We called at least 5 Auto Glass places before trying Terry's and none of them could help us get her a window by the end of the day. Though Terry's doesn't do the window replacement, they took the car in to clean out the glass and old window and were going to seal it up to protect it. They ended up finding a window for her and getting it replaced within 2.5 hours of us dropping it off...and they charged us less than the auto glass people were going too. Every experience with Terry's has been great in all aspects, I will always recommend them. What a blessing to know a good mechanic!

All work was done promptly and explained clearly before starting. I feel Terry and his team bent over backward to deal with my car's problems. Terry spent time personally both talking with me and dealing with my car. He gave it a final test drive himself to make sure there were no problems. I'm very satisfied with all aspects of my experience. After casting about for a decent auto mechanic, I've found him.

The transaction went smoothly and they even gave me a ride to and from my house.

After a long weekend after July 4th everyone had a attitude i didn't understand why. After my car was done i was called and when i came to pick up my car i was ignored and waited until i could speak to someone. I was given the invoice i paid and then asked if they checked the noise in the car. After i asked twice he responded saying yeah its nothing just your motor mounts its ok. I look at him confused I asked how much it would be to fix it i was told it would be to much not worth it. This took me by surprise i just figured they didn't want my services and left.

Initially, I was upset about the price because I needed it to be broken down more. When I checked out, I told them I needed some more depth with the prices and figures and the owner explained it and I found the prices to be a little high. However, they came down in price, which I was happy about. They seemed to have fixed the problem, and I would probably use them again.

We are new to the area and needed a good trustworthy mechanic. We towed our Jeep to the business and received a call stating that they received it. About an hour later they called back and gave me the news. They wanted to give me two estimates: best and worst case to make sure that I was prepared for any situation. They were aiming to meet the best case and much to my surprise they did. They had the ability to not care and make more money, like others do, but they wanted to take care of me and they have made me a customer and zealot for life. Everyone was professional and courteous and made the experience worthwhile. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

It's several months now since the minor waork was done on my car and everything is working fine.

They are very courteous and give excellent quotes. They pick you up and drop you off, so I have no complaints about their service.

This was my first time using Terry Wynter Auto Service. The car is 7 years old with 105K on it. The Center does not look like much from the outside but the staff was very professional and the waiting area was spotless and comfortable. My service was completed in about one hour from check-in to Mr. Wynter personally informing me my car was ready and thanked me for my patronage. I plan to take both our cars to Terry Wynter in the future.

When I took my car in, they were working on it for a while and came back to tell me it'd cost $850 to fix it. He told me the radiator was full of holes. I was devastated because I did not have the funds to pay for $850 worth of repairs and my brother was going to help me out. I had to take it to another place for a second opinion and they fixed it for $275 and the radiator was not the problem. I feel like this place was just ready to take advantage of me and my brother. I would not go there again.

Work was sheduled and completed promptly. They also provided a vehicle check list on their inspectio of the car. They identified a couple of items that they felt should be done and provided a quote to do the work.

After a wonderful vacation in Ft. Myers, on the day we were to start home to Kentucky, we found ourselves with a car that would not start. AAA recomended Terry Wynter Auto Service. The staff was very sympathetic with our situation and started work almost immediately after we arrived at the shop. We were on our way within 2 1/2 hours. If any locals are looking for auto service, I would highly recomend Terry Wynter.
