Description of Work: Checked shimmy in front end on my Honda Odyssey and evaluated running condition of car. I thought it might be an axle, which they found to be OK, a bit worn but they said it was nothing to worry about now, and they balanced the tires which solved the problem. Overall they were very honest and helpful in accessing the condition of my high mileage car. I will be going to them again and would recommend them to anyone who wants quality work at a good price

Description of Work: Fixed a part on my air conditioning. The original estimate over the phone was "about $140.00" then I was told it would be around $160.00. It ended up being the above amount. I'm not sure if the difference between the $160 and the $196 was because they had to put some extra freon in to bring the temp down. I should have asked for clarification. The service was prompt and well done and my air conditioning is now working fine. I will definitely return to them for service - but I will make sure I ask questions!

Description of Work: We had brake work done which required rotors etc. Since the vehicle had 85,000 miles on it we felt the price was reasonable for the amount of work done. Service was performed same day we made appointment to have them look at it.

Terry and staff make me feel like family - take me right away, find out what's wrong, fix it and the repair lasts. Completely trustworthy. Also appreciate the rides to and fro while car being repaired.

Description of Work: Checked front end vibration which appeared to be coming front right front wheel. Mechanic reported the problem is probably the back tires which were worn. He said the front wheels are in balance. No charge. Recommended replacing the back tires, but suggested we buy the tires elsewhere. These guys appeared knowledgeable and honest.

Description of Work: My recent tires only lasted 17,000 miles and after the second set of tires that lasted only 15k to 17k I became very frustrated. I emailed Terry on a Sunday and he responded to me with an appointment time and an explanation of his services. I took my car in after work and he explained to me how to check tires for air pressure, gave me a tire gauge and performed an alignment. He noted that my basic concern was to get more mileage out of my tires and to have a tire that was quiet and good in the rain. He is a wonderful patient man that does not make you feel like you have no clue what is going on with your car. I would highly recommend Terry to all my friends and family. I have been going to a local shop for over20 years and have never been treated with the respect and patience as I was today. I will continue to take my car to Terry Wynter for all services. I do not like the Honda dealership in town nor will I take my car to them for any service. I highly recommend Terry to anyone who wants honest service. Jimmy is also wonderful and he is at the front desk answering all questions, calls and concerns...
