He was very pleasant and professional. Also another tech was here a little over a week ago at night because the unit wasn't cooling and he diagnosed the problem and ordered the part. He also was very pleasant and professional.

Marshall and Chris were the installers and did a great job. They showed up on time and were fast, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. I just had the city inspector come in; and he said the installation was perfect!

They were here right away, we discussed the options of units from multiple manufacturers including all of their positive and negative factors of each. We went with a Daikin Unit and they installed it quickly and with great professionalism. Because our building had older small coolant lines that would not be able to effectively run the higher efficiency unit. This new unit required a new run of copper up through the ceiling, across the attic and in a run on the outside the building. The copper run was less than half the cost of what Mr. Kobie quoted a decade ago... Sunset Air put in our new AC unit with professionalism from start to finish. Their prices were more than competitive as we did compare with several other companies. From the moment that the sales person came over through the installation and follow-up this company set the standard for quality.

We were in Michigan and the unit was instated in our Fl. condo. All handled over the tele. It worked out great.

We called Sunset Air and Home Services as soon as they opened on Wednesday and explained that the AC cooling stopped working the night before. A team of two techs were sent to our townhouse at approximately 1:00 the SAME day. They checked the insideside and outside units and determined that a capacitor was defective. They replaced it, answered questions we had, and checked to be sure the inside temp was dropping to the thermostat setting before they left. We called this company a year ago for a drain problem with our AC, and both times the response was to address the problem promptly! We have been very satisfied with their fast service, the professionalism and willingness of the techs to answer our questions and fix the problem immediately!

We chose another company BUT Grant went above and beyond to not only help us understand more about air conditioners but put a fix in place for our failing system that allowed us to stay comfortable until it could be fixed. His service attitude and information was invaluable and we truly appreciated his assistance. If you do anything with this company, make sure you ask for Grant!

They were able to show us pictures of the difficulties (mold, non-functioning A/C unit) and offer us various options for replacement. They even assisted us with securing financing. Quick installation as well. Great people + wonderful service = excellent business.

We were shopping for a new Trane AC system. Ryan Lane came to the house and did a detailed review and gave us a proposal with a price significantly lower than our other bid (a 3rd company never responded). We agreed to the contract and the install crew arrived on-schedule only 3 days later. It was a pretty big job but they finished in one day even though the other bidder said would take 2 days. The installers made a very good call and decided to reject the compressor because after unpacking the unit they noticed it had some damage. They ordered another unit that arrived in less than 2 hours! Ryan came out to check on the job and some of the duct work modifications that Ryan recommended required some additional parts. They were also delivered to the house very quickly following a call from the installers. The work was done neatly and efficiently and the system is working great. The duct modifications were totally different than the other company proposed and they worked perfectly. We had an excellent first experience with Sunset Air and would definitely recommend them.

I observed inside and outside duties and the tech performed all the required checks showing me the results as he went through them. Very please with the knowledge and confidence he had in performing his job.

Greg came to service our air conditioner and explained that our unit was rusting and also leaking Freon - unit is 10 years old. He took the time to show us the problems and provided the pros and cons for our options - try to find the leak, add more Freon without finding the leak, or purchase a new unit. We decided to purchase a new unit and he provided us the various units that were available through Sunset. At first we were going to get quotes from other companies, but our experience with Sunset was that the Company is very reliable and their pricing was fair so we decided to buy from them. Greg set up the installation for the following day and asked if we had any problems or questions to call him. Mark and Evan arrived on time and had the AC unit, UV light and new thermostat installed by mid-afternoon. They, like Greg, were very professional and took the time to answer all our questions. We highly recommend sunset AC.

Sunset Air HVAC installers Mark and Marshall arrived around one and quickly got to work. They began taking down the old HVAC system right away. They found that the system that I wanted would not work, and someone delivered the new system to the them ( Thank goodness!) After working for 5 hours, the house was cool. Mark even took the time to help me with setting up the WIFI set up on the thermostat. These guys really know what they are doing!

At the end of 2014 I bought a brand new home with an AC from your company. After we moved in 2015 we found out that there is stain around drywall in our kitchen and there was a lot of water condensation around the air handler but they denied warranty. So we called and I paid for a service call ($95) and the technician told me that the stain was caused by a misconfigured blower speed. Now in March 2016 I called with a few problems again and I paid ($95 for a service call and $66 for cleaning the drain line) And the technician told me that I have again to call for the stain problem because might be an insulation problem. So what now? Paying again? How often to get a problem solved, which is covered under warranty?

Tom Monak came out and put refrigerant into the compressor. The house is alot cooler. He also gave me recommendations for a new HVAC unit. I have decided to purchase a new unit from Sunset Air to be installed next week.

After contacting Senset Air the night before, I got a call back for someone to come out in the afternoon. The serviceman, Tom Manok, was there 2 minutes before I arrived. He came out and inspected my compressor and found that the circuit had been tripped by the compressor. At first, he said that the compressor may have to be replaced or a whole new unit may be needed, but then he tried replacing a capacitor on the compressor, and it worked. My home began cooling down immediately. He recommended in the near future that I may need to replace the whole unit with a 12 year warranty. He really helped me to understand what was going on with my air conditioner. I asked him if he could do the maintenance on my HVAC unit as well. Tom was a real life saver.

About 4 years ago, I had another AC Service company, and they completely botched up the installation of a very expense whole home AC system (due to allergies). The previous company mis sized and incorrectly installed the unit. It didn't work well for over 2 years and each time they came to repair, it would cost me more money. I called in Sunset Air, and they completely resolved the issue. They not only made the system run the way it should have, but they did it without charging me a whole lot of money. They completely understood the pain I had already endured dealing with the other vendor, and they didn't take advantage of me. Since that time, I have never considered another AC Service company. I am with Sunset Air for good.

The service tech went over the issues with the current Bryant and made some suggestions as to possible choices for a new unit, explaining his choices and making suggestions as to what is necessary and what might be nice to have. No high pressure sell here just aneducation for the consumer. He followed this discussion up with quotes on two different manufacturers units and the options within each manufacturer. I had several questions which I txt to him and he responded immediately with answers followed up with a call for clarification. We will be making the buy/install decision within the next few months and Sunset is certainly at the top of our list based on our association and the knowledgeable input from our service tech Grant.
