Well, condenser was bad, had to be replaced. The whole system was 10+ years old, so we decided to get new system. Sunset gave us a loaner condenser so we didn't melt in October, when it was still in the 80's. Waited a couple days- which we were told about- to receive new system. All was installed in one day and have had no problem since. Inspection done and all is well. If and when I need air/ heat repairs I will definitely call Sunset.

Description of Work: Replaced AC unit. I obtained a couple quotes, spoke with other providers regarding pros/cons of repair vs replace. My old unit was a couple years out of warranty (builders grade). Sunset performed the service promptly, efficiently, answered questions, returned once to make adjustment on fan speed. I was not familiar with the brand name of new unit (Daikin) but am happy with it so far & it has a great warranty.

Description of Work: MAINTENANCE ON THE UNITS AND THE NEXT DAY THEY SENT SOMEONE TO INSTALL A UV LIGHT ON THE AC. SHAWN INSTALLED THE LIGHT AND WAS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND FRIENDLY. THE GENTLEMAN THAT DID THE SERVICE CALL THE DAY BEFORE WAS ALSO VERY HELPFUL AND CONSIDERATE OF MY TIME.

Description of Work: Annual service check on our 2 year old air conditioner. They were on time and their work was neat. We contracted with them 2 years ago to install the new air conditioner. Very neat install and we would recommend them to friends.

Description of Work: I had Dave to my new home after having this company for years on my previous home. They found that my system was actually in very good shape( although previous homeowner stated that the company they use had urged them to replace it due to it being practically dead) and even showed me and explained its operations. VERY knowledgable and have told everybody I know what an amazing service I got and that I've never had somebody go so far to help me better understand something that I knew nothing about. I also had them install a new ultraviolet light to keep the system running clean and to clean the air in my home seeing as to myself and my wife both having asthma. Amazing service that you won't find in today's service industry. STRONGLY recommend if you want an honest and very professional job that's done right!
