 + -1 moreThey did a fine job. I have signed up with them to do an annual check. So, they will come out every six months and go through the whole system, to make sure that things are working fine. They do a great job. The last time they came out, the cost was covered under my annual contract. They are very professional because they call ahead of time. They make sure that you are going to be there for the appointment. They show up on time. If there is some kind of delay, they handle it well. I like the way they operate. Their prices are very reasonable. You get what you pay for. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Sunset Air Inc. They came out recently for a semi-annual checkup on the heating and air conditioning systems.

 + -1 moreOur air conditioner is only about 18 months old, but had been intermittently not working. Sometimes it would go up 5 degrees in the house before I would notice and have to turn it off and on or go out and bang on the unit. A man from Sunset Air came out and checked it thoroughly, cleaned it out, and worked diligently to figure out what was wrong. He replaced the contactors, which were under warranty, and said that if we had further problems that he would come out again without charging us. The house sat empty for a year with the air conditioner running off-and-on so the problem has not been easily diagnosed. However, we were very pleased with the technician who came out and would highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Checked system, replaced contacts, replaced and vacuumed drain, checked pressures.
