It was good. The technician was very good and very knowledgeable and personable. They explained things to us. They got the job done in about 45 minutes.

It turned out nice and the price was great. The technician was nice. My air conditioner froze up and they got the job done in a couple of hours.

This company offers a annual cleaning plan which actually includes cleaning every 6 months, well worth the value.

The technician was prompt and courteous as well as the office staff in scheduling. He cleaned up after himself and explained the condition of my system as well as anything I should be doing on my end to maintain the unit.

They were excellent. The installers (2) were efficient, pleasant, punctual and very clean. They arrived on time, finished on time & cleaned up after themselves (swept and removed all old equipment and boxes). There are not enough good things to say about this installation! The company is great & they hire terrific people! Thank You.

We have used Sunset for two of our homes over the past few years. They run an extremely honest business. We have dealt with other companies that use the annual maintenance plan as an opportunity to sell you a new A/C or add-ons you don't need. These guys don't do that. Very accommodating. I had my appointment scheduled fro Friday and on Thursday morning I noticed water coming out of an overflow spout. Called and requested they move up the appointment a day. They not only did that, but had the person here within an hour. He surveyed the situation and quickly figured out the issue. Had us up and running in an hour. All part of the semi-annual visit. Extremely polite and professional. Even emailed my receipt to me within a few minutes of his visit. Will continue to use Sunset in the future and highly recommend them.

It went great. I have actually used them before on another house. They gave me a couple options, explained what the seer rating meant, and what the 'ton' rating was for too. Their prices were very competitive. Everyone I have dealt with has been very helpful, friendly, and professional. They went out of their way arrange convenient times to meet and have the service done. Since these are rental houses, I signed up for the extended service plan and feel very comfortable that my investment is in good hands. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

It went pretty well. 1 small glitch, they had to update breaker. The price was better than his competitor by $1000, and they were done in the time frame they promised. We bought a maintenance plan with them for the AC to come out and do yearly cleaning and inspections.

Came and found problem right away. Replaced item, checked everything and all was good. Only took about one half hour. Excellent service and would recommend Sunset Air for all air conditioning needs.

I've been on a service contract for several years. I'm very pleased with the service I receive from Sunset. I've got a very old system, and they don't usually last a very long time. Sunset has been able to keep me up and running with no problems. They are incredibly thorough and professional. I've never had one single problem in the amount of time they've been servicing my systems. They're here when they say they'll be here, they're friendly, and they're very knowledgeable, as is evidenced by the ability they have to keep my old air system running.
