The window was for 11 AM to 2 PM. The technician arrived at exactly 11 AM which is almost unheard of. He went directly to work and was very professional. He recommended a new A/C thermostat because the builder did not provide a control that included humidity control. I was unaware of this and appreciated his suggestion. He did not attempt a hard sell, but merely mentioned that the humidity control was not there. The price was reasonable so told him to install it. He demonstrated how to use the new thermostat and left an instruction booklet. He was in and out in a reasonable time, and explained everything he had done.

Routine checks and cleaning twice a year on Air Conditioner equipment and replacement of ceiling filters. Cost is about $150. a year (contract). We have had Sunset Air and Home Services since October 2012. All the techs are excellent. Service is great. The technicians are very education oriented and answer all my questions. I like that they replace the ceiling filters with the higher grade filters that I have purchased. Before the tech arrives I purchase a higher grade of ceiling filters... because of my allergies/asthma. The tech changes the ceiling filters for me. The filters they carry on the truck are not the highest grade... and I want the the accordion type filters in my ceilings. Strongly recommend.

Excellent and honest company to work with. All of the technicians knew their product and I experienced quick response time when I called for help. My favorite tech is Al since he takes the time to explain every aspect of the new unit and wants to make sure you are 100% happy. This company is the one to use if you want superior service, I have made several referrals to friends and neighbors already.

We called around 11 AM about the thermostat not controlling the temperature as normal. The technician tried to help us via a phone call, at 11:30 AM, but when it was determined the thermostat was not working normally he made arrangements to obtain a new unit. He called at 6:30 PM that he had a new unit and would be at our home in 20 minutes. "Al" arrived as scheduled and made a verification that the unit was indeed the problem prior to his replacing the thermostat. He was dressed professionally and was very professional during the visit. We are very pleased with the service we received!

Technician showed on time as he said he would after calling 30 minutes prior. Serviced and got our one problem a/c unit back up to speed.

I have had Sunset Air as my AC specialists for over 10 years. I have never regretted it. They are professional and do business the way it is suppose to be done.

AL Vieira was the name of the service person who performed our services. He could not have been better. He was personable, efficient and professional. We have always been very pleased with Sunset Air and their staff. He identified our problem quickly and in just a short time, our condo was cool and comfortable again. We purchase the 2 yr maintenance contract each year. ..well worth the price! Al was so respectful. Even thought I told him it was not necessary, he covered his shoes with disposable footies to protect our floors.

Service call at night. Technician was cheerful, courteous and competent. He analyzed the problem in less than 10 minutes. Replaced the defective thermostat and was done in less than 1/2 hour. There was no charge as the material and labor were under warranty. Excellent service.

What a great company...one you can trust to do the work quickly and efficiently. They are honest in their evaluations and don't try to pressure you into buying something you may not really need. I have used them for five years and recommend them to everyone. Chris was most helpful...very friendly and informative. Overall, a good experience.

First impressions count - and the very first impression will be either Cindy or Shelbi. They answer the phones, schedule your appointments and answer most of your questions. Their friendly voices and can-do confidence are a welcome greeting always. If you have alot of questions or need advice - the Service Manager Ryan is your man. Call him anytime to get answers to your questions. He was our service technician for many years before being promoted to Service Manager - but he always has the time to talk and offer advice. So go ahead - and give Ryan a call. For Red Sox fans - my service technician Al hails from Boston - and is another great example of the team members at Sunset Air. He calls you ahead of your appointment, arrives on time, and makes sure your system keep you cool. Friendly, honest, professional, and knowledgeable. A description that fits all of Sunset Air team members. My review is honest, my advice is sincere. Make sure you spend the money and get a Service Agreement and enjoy your HVAC system year round without worry. When it's time to replace that aging HVAC unit - Sunset Air is there for you. That's my unsolicited review and I'm sticking to it.

Sunset Air came out the day I called them, fixed the problem, and didn't charge me a fortune. They get straight A's from me all around. Excellent service, promptness, and professionalism. Very happy.

We had some major problems and they backed up everything and they replaced an entire A/C system. They handled it completely and I would recommend them to anybody. They got everything fixed and taken care of. The technicians were very good but one of the supervisors I dealt with was part of the problem and they made sure that he would not be back out during the repair.
