They have provided outstanding service under the contract during the three years that we have been using them. Always on time. The professionals that show up have been excellent. Overall they give me the confidence in my AC systems that I need as we are not always at the property. As to the duct cleaning and related AC cleaning they were outstanding. Dirty job but they had it well planned. They took painstaking care cleaning the AC unit. After the work was done my house was dust free and the AC was much more efficient. They did a nice job cleaning up and taking care while doing this work. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Sunset Air installed the original builder quality air conditioner. When the unit failed, we immediately called them for service. They arrived on time and provided a quick diagnosis of the problem. We subsequently had them install a new heat pump and air handler. The price was fair, work was done efficiently, and the area was left clean (very important to me). We have had them back to do annual servicing.

This is a seasonal/vacation residence that I purchased back in 2012, I have never had the HVAC system serviced. Artis, from Sunset contacted me approximately 30 minutes prior to him arriving and arrived exactly when he said he would. Very professional, and conducted a thorough inspection and cleaning of the system, including the blower/fan which was in the attic. I would definitely continue to have Sunset Air service my system.

Technician was punctual, personable, polite, and professional. In addition, his response to my question regarding replacement of our 10+year-old unit provided at least as much information as I would expect from a dedicated sales representative. As a result, we will likely to contract this company to replace our system before the end of the year.

Our old system was not operable and repair would be very costly. After reviewing costs and estimates from other companies I chose Sunset to replace our system, clean air ducts and install lights to reduce allergens and improve air quality in the house. Work was completed in one half day and was clean and new when they left. Our new system is much quieter and is much more efficient. We have seen a reduction in our electric bill thans to the new system and Sunsets assistance in selecting the correct system for our house.

They made an appointment directly with my tenants and took care of everything in a timely manner.

Same day service. On-time, when promised and at quoted price. Service Rep was professional and explained problem and fix. A/C was restored satisfactorily.

We have used Sunset Air for our air conditioning and heating for the last 14 years. They have very professional technicians and we have never had a complaint with the service they have provided. We would and have recommended this company to anyone who have asked.

Aliston, the service technician did a great job in cleaning drain lines and overall servicing of the central AC equipment. He was courteous and covered his shoes with booties to protect the floor. He took his time and spent 1.5 hours checking and servicing the equipment. The only reason for not giving all A's (B for punctuality) was that the original service tech (not Aliston) was supposed to call between 11am and 12noon. By 1:45pm I had not heard from the tech, so I called the company who in turn contacted Aliston to come and service our unit. He promptly arrived shortly after 2:30pm and left after 4pm. I was able to use the company's Angie's List coupon to apply to the maintenance service. Overall, I am very pleased with Sunset Air & Home Service Inc. I definitely plan on using this company again in the future.

The air conditioner had stopped cooling. I called Sunset Air 4 days ago and they sent a tech within 3 hours of my emergency call. It being Friday, there was no means by which they could obtain the necessary repair item. On Monday, however, I received a call that they had the part and made an appointment for today (Tuesday). Their tech arrived within the indicated time frame and was very efficient and knowledgeable Not only did he repair the unit, he also removed leaves that had settled below the fan and cleaned the vents in that area. I have had absolutely excellent results and will definitely use their services again.

We had just returned from a week vacation to find that our A/C wast not working Ugg.I called the office @7 am the next morning and was greeted with a smiling voice on the phone.I explained my situation to person on the phone and she was very helpful in scheduling my appointment.She had told me should would work me in and the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to his arrival so i could leave work and meet him at the house and which he did.We pulled up to the house at the same time.after asking me the details he up the ladder quickly and had the problem diagnosed and repaired in a very short time.Al was very courteous and professional in explaining what repairs were made and charges for them.I would recommend Sunset for any air conditioning issues that you may experience.Thank you again!!

I called their office in the morning as the unit had gone out the night before. We had never used Sunset prior to this instance, but because we were not satisfied with our current provider we sought out a new one. The office was very pleasant and scheduled an appointment at the serviceman's availability. Dave arrived later in the afternoon and immediately went to work and located a capacitor (sic) that had gone bad. He replaced the part and the unit started working properly. Dave was very cordial, professional, and seemed knowledgeable in his field. He would not enter the house without putting on his little blue booties even though I told him not to bother. He went out of his way to do his job in a manner that was efficient and effective, at the least possible cost for me. The company was more than happy to honor the Angie's List discount, which saved me the cost of a service call. I would highly recommend Sunset to anyone that might ask.

Quickly identified problem repaired and cleaned

It went very well. Service technician called 30 mins prior to service and was in the bracketed hours given to me. He explained that we should turn the heat on every 2-3 months to make sure it is working and to pour a small amount of Drano in the drain line every 2-3 months also. Other than that we have a service contract with them for twice a year service.

My appointment set for 12:30-4:00 p.m. Dave arrived at approximately 12:45 and immediately began investigating. He discovered a partial obstruction to air flow and checked the remainder of the system. I was very pleased with the service and will use them again in the future.

I do not recall the repairman's name that came to my house today (7/29/15). But from the start, he greeted me with a smile and was professional throughout his visit here while conducting my a/c system check. He arrived within an hour of my call to your company. Very satisfied with your services. Thank you!

They were called at 8:10 am because our a.c. went out overnight. It was 85 degrees all night long. By 1:15 pm Aliston the repair tech had called saying he was on the way. He arrived by 2 pm and had the air conditioner running by about 2:30. Aliston was extremely polite and courteous, as well as knowing what to do to get us up and running in a timely period. He took his time explaining what he did, as well as explaining other things about the unit. Great company and great repair tech. I would definitely recommend Sunset Air and Aliston.

Sunset Air and Home Services have very well trained and knowledgable technicians and managers. They were able to quickly determine the problems I was experiencing and efficiently resolve. It's been a few days since they left and my temperatures and humidity levels are spot-on. I have monitored my energy usage and it's dropped by nearly 40% per day! They will be back in a couple of weeks for a quick checkup and I will use them going forward to service my system. I will recommend to everyone I know.

I want to praise their professionalism and prompt response. I called at night, expecting to get a voice message, instead a very pleasant young lady answered the phone, and forward the message to the Tech. The Technician, Al, was kind, knowledgeable and prompt. With personnel such as these two, I would not hesitate to recommend to any of my friends.

GREAT SERVICE. My unit went out and I had another company give me a bid. However, the bid was not written up in a professional manner. I wanted credit and they couldn't give me a firm estimate on what that would look like. Sunset came out, looked at my entire system, gave me recommendations that the other never did and showed me why certain things were needed like a bigger return from a 14" to a 16". I got a good credit deal through them that was very easy to understand and quite favorable to me. It would be a week before they could get to my system. Since the air handler still worked fine...the compressor had died on the outside unit, they came and installed a TEMPORARY unit so I had air until they could come at no extra charge to me. THAT's CUSTOMER SERVICE! I felt well cared for and felt that the guys did a great job of installing the new system. It is working great so far. I would recommend them so far to anyone.

Amazingly quick service? Living outside of town, we often have a hard time with timely responses for various services but Sunset Air was extremely quick and efficient. Shawn reconnected a wire in the AC unit that had fallen through?He drove all the way out here on a weekend?after hours?to get the job done. Can't say enough about the wonderful service?We're definitely looking into getting a maintenance plan with them. If you ever need any type of A/C service?you definitely want to contact Sunset Air first.
