The Service Technician is always on time, calls ahead, clean, neat, courteous, and knowledgeable. All work is completed without issue and correctly.

Our AC stopped working 1 day ago, so we called Sunset Air and Home Service this morning because of the great reviews on Angie's List. Because they agreed to service our AC today, we were not given a window for his arrival, but we were happy to wait just to get it working again today. The technician identified the problem immediately and showed us how to reset the AC . He cleared the drain and vacuumed the water out of the drain line. He explained the company's standard 1 year maintenance plan, and because we were very satisfied with the technician's work and felt the plan was fairly priced, we opted to purchase it.

I came home on a Saturday and realized that it was getting hot in the house. After trying all of the usual "actions" - circuit breaker, off/on with the AC and the like, I opted to check Angie's List for Emergency AC Services. Once I read the reviews, I decided that Sunset Air was the Emergency Service worth trying. I am so glad I did! I contacted them on Sunday morning. My number and information was taken by their answering service and a technician called me very quickly. He was on another call, but gave me an estimated time - and was true to his estimate. He arrived and diagnosed the problem within less than an hour. Based on what he determined, I needed to replace a part that he did not carry on the Emergency truck and from what he assessed, he thought that the part might be under warranty - and he wanted to confirm that as well. He told me that I should hear from someone by 10 am in the morning and if not to be sure to call the office. The next morning, by 8:30 I received a call from Sunset Air. The office person confirmed that the part was in stock and was under warranty. She further confirmed that someone would be out by mid-afternoon to replace it. As it turned out, the technician was able to come earlier! By being conscientious about the part, warranty and costs, Sunset Air was able to replace the part with no cost to me. The Emergency visit and the cost for the technician to come and install the new part came to approximately $250.00 for services on both day! I save hundreds by having the confirm the part was under warranty. Both of the technicians were prompt, professional and courteous. They were careful to provide me the information and explanations to know not only what was the problem but what would be done to resolve it. I was delighted!

We have been customers for 13 years. they gave us a ten year warranty on the new system. when we soldmthe place, the warranty transferred to new owners with no questions asked. They are now doing a good job of taking care of us in new home. they have come on Sundays and late at night to take care of us. we appreciate them

We have had Sunset Air and Home servicing our home since it was built in 2000. They have been taking care of all of our air conditioner maintenance and service needs since 2000. They are very professional ,and knowledgeable and we highly recommend Sunset Air and Home.

I phoned Sunset's office early in the morning. A repairman was out within a few hours, sent for a part, replaced it and had me up and running by early afternoon.

The system was not cooling properly. The technician serviced the unit and now it is cooling as it should. We have a service contract with Sunset and they come out 2 x's a year to check the unit.

Woke up and found that central air was only blowing hot air. Called Sunset at 7:05 am this morning - a Saturday - and was told a technician would call. Tom, called in about 30 minutes and asked for an explanation of what the problem was. He arrived at the house by 9:45 am and the unit was fixed by 10:45 am - it had a bad capacitor. Tom was professional and clearly explained the problem. We were so impressed with the responsiveness and quality of service we will be calling on Monday to purchase a maintenance agreement for the air conditioner.

Went very well. The area around the old unit was pretty bad and they cleaned up and replaced dry wall that needed it. Left the area much cleaner than when they started.

The office had a service man out to the house within an hour to respond to the lack of A/C in the cabana. He found the problem and made the repair and we were up and running in 20 minutes.

I called early this morning -7:30AM. They actually answered the phone! A time was set and the technician called technician a 1/2 hour before arrival. Arrived promptly and was finished quickly. He was pleasant and polite. I've used 'Sunset' for years and find them extremely efficient and fair priced. They are definitely the ones to use here in SW Florida where air conditioning Has to work!

Service man arrived on time, preformed all necessary work. Technician was very neat and clean. Service was reasonably priced. Technician was knowledgeable and friendly.

On Saturday night at 10:30 PM we discovered out AC was not working. It was a pretty long night without AC. I called Sunset Air about 10AM and they responded promptly and had my AC up and running by noon. On a Sunday. The Tech. was polity, pleasant, and efficient. He replaced a part that had to be replaced and my house cooling very quickely. I was thrilled by their service and the results I got. I had a few really bad experiances in Fla. with AC companies, and I am very pleased to fine one that is honest and very reliable. Thank you Sunset Air.
