Description of Work: They steam cleaned the carpet in the bedroom. They cleaned the grout in the kitchen, living room and the laundry. They also sealed the grout in the same rooms. I felt the price was a little steep. Our rooms are not large by any means.

+ -1 moreIt was amazing how much dirt was removed, but they left them so wet that my house now smells musty and I am going to have to REPLACE ALL THE CARPETING!! It is too late to try to get compensation from them.

+ -1 moreThey were hours late and did not call, did not remove most of the stains, seemed most interested in the middle of the floor while neglecting the corners, and left the floor very wet. I spoke to their manager who was unapologetic. I will never use them again and can not recommend more highly that people look elsewhere for carpet cleaning service. I ended up renting a steamer and re-doing the job myself with far superior results.
Description of Work: They were contracted to steam clean all carpets in 3 bedrooms.

+ -1 moreWhen I called there was some stipulation not mentioned in the ad. Certainly we would have met the criteria for size as the carpeted area is less than 250 sq. ft.
Description of Work: I called them because of an advertised offer of 3 rooms for $99. I've used them in other states and would not use the Naples franchise.

+ -1 moreWe had used Stanley Steamer when we lived in Massachusetts. I never had a complaint about them and if there was ever a problem they were quick to resolve it. In fact they usually called or stopped back to see if we were satisfied. They cost a little more than others but not much.
Description of Work: We had Stanley Steamer clean one 10 by 15 area rug, some runners and two rooms. They moved the furniture for us. There were some stains that were targeted.

+ -1 moreThey failed to remove the stains that they were supposed to treat and left everything extraordinarily wet when they were finished. The service also took much longer than a normal procedure. Their treatment was relatively ineffective.
Description of Work: I had the carpet cleaned and treated for stains in my living room, 1 bedroom and the stairs. Also my patio furniture had the upholstery cleaned. There was no need to remove any furniture from anywhere to do the work.
