Yes, I would absolutely use them again in the future and I would recommend them to other members.

They were very good. They were a little sloppy, a little bit. They're always in a hurry - time is money.

Their pricing was good, I would them an A for pricing. They did okay but it wasn't great. They are very responsive, you can actually make your appointment on-line. They are very punctual. There are some things that I didn't think were so professional like telling me to go in to another room because they are going to work. One guy forgot his name tag but I want to know that you are really the right guy. I probably will use them again. Next time, I will tell them to make sure they bring all their name tags. I will sit in a room where I want to be and say, 'well this is my house, I kind of want to be here.' I am not going to slip.

The crew arrived on time and performed the job as promised. The crew was courteous and professional. The only downfall was the price- $130 for a 20 minute job.

They had an opening the day after I called. They called 15 minutes out just as they said they would and they arrived very promptly on time. We had only scheduled for the love seat and sofa cleaning but decided to ask for a quote on the staircase, hallway and loft after they arrived. It was a good price so we decided to go with it. My only complaint there was that if we had had them come back at a later date it would have been $20 less because we could have used another coupon. I didn't want to be inconvenienced with a second date so we just paid the extra $20. In their favor I could not find my coupon for the sofa and loveseat cleaning but they took the 20% off anyway. Everything they cleaned looks brand new! I would never have thought that the sofa and loveseat could ever be cleaned that well. Overall we are extremely pleased with them and will definitely be using them again.

They were very prompt and professional, including a followup phone call. Was a bit disappointed the high traffic areas didn't come completely clean, but was advised they would not prior to their beginning the job. They were very fast and efficient. The carpet is a very light beige

I think the workers were inexperienced. Several areas were not treated and therefore still stained. Did not pretreat anywhere. Several chairs and avtable were not put back in space where it was removed. Left upside down on table. Since I am handicapped made difficult for me. When I called company to complain the manager was helpful and remedied situation. He returned my money which I appreciated. Sometimes difficult to see missed areas when carpet is wet. Check your carpet soon after job is completed. I never had this experience before.

I booked online around 12pm and they came around 3pm the same day! They were polite, punctual and gave an excellent service. Thank you, we appreciate it. We would use them again.

They were courteous and prompt. I can't say enough good things about them. My only complaint might be they didn't move the furniture.

Duo came in very friendly and professional. Discussed not all stains may be removed. Both sofa and chair came out great. Better than I had hoped. Will use again in future without a doubt!

I rent properties and I have them do 99% of my carpet cleaning and it's always wonderful. They're fantastic. They come in uniforms, they're courteous and they're always on time.

The two men (Brandon Ross and Dail Thomas) who showed up were very professional and kind. I would certainly use them again (especially these two together; great team work). After the two men left the customer service department called us a few days later to see how we liked the ending result. There were a few left over dirt marks (not much) and they came out the following day to correct the problem. Excellent customer service!

They were very punctual. I wasn't pleased with their disposal of the dirty water.

I was moving out from a condo to my house and they cleaned the carpets, which looked new later. They were very professional and I will use them in future.

They removed some spots and did a good job. They helped move furniture and they were professional.

The carpet cleaning went quick they did a great job. Furniture was moved and put back inplace. The tile and grout cleaning went better then expected. It was never done before and our house is 5 years old. The grout in the kitchen was very dirty. The two workers worked in the kitchen until it was clean. They went beyond expectations. My wife and I are very pleased with the results.The next day the grout was sealed. They cleaned a few spots that needed more work. Overall, the work was excellent..

Cleaning of carpet was relatively good; slopping on the exit with water puddles at the door. Don't allow them to clean grout unless you protect the flat backboard underneath cabinets. I would not recommend this Stanley Steamer.

It was wonderful. They did a great job, they didn't leave the carpet soaking wet like so many other people do, they got the heavy traffic areas clean without charging extra, and they just did a really good job. I wouldn't try to save money but going with a cheaper company

tech arrived, gave him a tip in advance to do a good job. Finished up, explained what he did and cautioned about walking on wet carpet. They call that evening to ask how service went, tell them carpet still wet but no more pet odor anymore. Carpet dries now I have chalky stains and stain circles everywhere they treated...not in the closets though because I did not pay extra to have them mess those up too. Call them back a few days later and they schedule someone else to come out to inspect and retreat. Informed that it could NOT have been whatever chemicals they use on the carpets and must have been something underneath the carpets that was pulled up to the surface. Manager? walks around with canister spraying something while other tech helps me get stuff out of the way, manager sprays (not a few drops from being misted) my bare leg and bare foot with...something...okay maybe not a manager seeing as how he was clueless about the direct spray and completely ignored me saying that he just sprayed me. So I get them out of my house after they thoroughly go over all carpets again. Before it dries I get another satisfaction phone call, explain that it has not dried yet I don't know how satisfied I am. Operator tells me that they will come back out if problem does not go away to retreat my carpets, make me stay off carpets, have to move my furniture and treat my legs and feet again if needed. The guarantee is this: We will try to help you until you give up and go away

They were quick and great. They arrived on time and were honest. It was a great experience. They informed us when there was no extra work to be done. They said we did not need any kind of service and also gave us some tips. They were straightforward and informative. They dealt with us in such a manner that I feel I would call them if any work was to be done.
