We have been satisfied with them. They have done very well and we are very pleased with them. Their contract is very reasonable. They give you a time frame and they are here during that time frame.

They are wonderful. They come out really promptly and their fees are good, considering the fact that we had them for many years, they still withstand the warranty agreement, which is twice a year inspections and you a $12 a month fee for that. But when they come out and do the maintenance and everything there is no charge. This has been going on for over 20 years. It is nice to know that when call them out, you don't have to pay the service call for them to come out, you have to pay for the part and the labor. The last time they came out was $160 to replace a part and when I was having trouble with the air conditioner; the provider came out and replaced the air conditioner at no charge; a brand new unit. I had problems with the same part with the furnace and they have replaced it. It is great. They are very responsive and they come out when you call. They are very professional. They put these little booties on.

The man that called me said that they were #1 on Angie's List and I know that they were not. They have a B rating and I felt lied to.

We have been using them for many years. We have a monthly maintenance program with them. We have been very pleased with the service. They do a great job!

With the contract, if you need them, you have top priority. They will come out within twenty four hours if you have any problems. Their service has always been good. They are always very careful. They are very courteous and don't leave a mess. I have felt safe with everyone who has come. They are honest and update me on the system. They have been upfront and I have never been un happy with any of their service.

They do a great job. They are terrific! You call them, schedule an appointment, and they come out when they say they will. They came recently to check our air conditioner for the season. They have also come to check the furnace. They installed a new tankless water heater. Which they did a great job and we are really pleased.

Once, there was a pump on my heating unit that the man was adjusting and broke. He came to me immediately to tell me he had broke it and he was going to replace it for free. That honesty alone really tells me about their service. They are honest and trustworthy. I have been using their service for about twenty years.

I had a scheduled appointment window to discuss options for fixing a cooling issue in my home. I received an email confirmation for the appointment window of 5 to 8 PM. I was home, no one showed up and no one called. I expected at least a call the next day to apologize and reschedule. That has not happed. It has now been two weeks.

We have been using Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning for years and they do a good job. They check the whole system every time for free because we pay for the maintenance but we pay if they have to change a part. They are punctual and professional. I don't have any problems with their job.

.When the service man arrived he was 2 hours late. Then he didn't know how to get into the unit. Then he went on about the placement of the unit. Once he got it opened he immediatly started on about a potential problem, that was going to cost alot of money to fix. Then he had to call his supervisor to ask what to do. He finally got around to working on the unit, but said it wasn't going to do any good to clean and service the unit because the heat exchanger and burner unit was bad. Then after 2 hours of telling us how bad it was he charged us extra for the service. I will not use them again.

I ordered our new high efficiency furnace on a Monday and had it installed on that Thursday. They arrived on time @ 9am and were able to tear out the old and install the new (including the new roofjack) and be gone by 2:30. They were very efficient, professional, and neat & tidy. Being neat & tidy is important to me - I do not allow shoes in my home - this was not an issue for them. They cheerfully put on shoe covers AND put down a tarp.

Our AC stopped working on July 4th when it was 100 degrees outside. The technician came quickly and when we decided to purchase a new unit he called the sales rep, who also came very quickly and on a holiday at that. He even offered to have the new unit installed that day. Both the technician and the sales rep were very knowledgeable and professional. I was extremely satisfied with how quickly the whole process went. Because we needed a new unit immediately, I didn't have the luxury of shopping around for the best price. I'm sure we could have gotten a better deal but I'm satisfied with the quality of the product we purchased and the company we purchased it from.

I don’t have any dislikes. I was just very pleased with their professionalism, they way they handled themselves and cleaning. They were superb. It is working just wonderful for us. I had done a lot of research and they were very competitive with everybody else. They were responsive. They had to order the unit and that is what took them longest and after that they were here

Company's representative was punctual, courteous, removed shoes before entering home, shared with me the progress of his work, an excellent experience.

They installed my heating and ac and now they service it. I have found them to be a very good company.

We pay a fee every year for the inspection and then they change the filters and all that. It is not very much; I don’t remember the exact amount. We went with them based on comparison-shopping. When we needed a new furnace, they gave us the best offer. They weren’t too high, they weren’t too low and we liked the way they did the analysis of our situation. They seemed to know what they were talking about. They were real professional. They were on time. So we just went with them. I had some concerns with them but my husband seems pretty happy with them. We probably would use them in the future. I don’t love them so much though.

We are on contract with them and they come twice a year to maintain the equipment and make sure there isn't anything that needs to be repaired. The contract has been worthwhile. It costs us $30 a month. They have expended tons more money than we put into it by repairing and replacing equipment. It is a real good program. We like their service contract; it is a good value for the money.

I found them about four years ago in the phone book to fix my unit from storm damage and I was impressed.

I am on a maintenance agreement with them paid monthly. They come out in the spring to check the air conditioning and in the fall to check the furnace for which I don’t have to pay. In between these visits if anything goes wrong I think I get a 15% off of any of the parts that they would need to repair those two products. They are pretty dependable. Since, I am on the maintenance plan they will come out immediately even if I have had a problem in the evening. They would come out to me first before going to a customer who is not on the maintenance plan. I not sure of their pricing because I got a quote from them for a furnace and then I heard that it could have been a little lower. Once in a while they move their appointments which is irritating. My overall experience with them has been good.

We have them out regularly. They are wonderful. I think that's their National name. I have used them to install a new furnace and air conditioning twice over the last 40 years. They set their appointments and they show up when they are supposed to. Their work and cleanup is very thorough. Everything is very thorough. We have them out on an annual basis to check our heating and conditioning system once a year so there is no breakdown because it is absolutely necessary. I'm not on a warranty with them but I pay about $160 a year for the maintenance.
