Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Excellent been with them for over 20 yrs.

This was the first maintenance on a unit they installed 11 months ago. Labor was free, but they charged $144 for a filter and $195 for a UV light. Charges seemed excessive.

They are always professional and helpful. They explain the work that was done or needs to be done.

They were wonderful a couple of years ago. The price was good too. The quality was excellent as was the responsiveness. Everything was excellent.

This is the second year I have used Service Experts from Ft. Myers for my yearly HVAC check-up. They arrived in the time frame we agreed on - even got a call about 15 minutes prior to their arrival to say they were on the way. This year the technician was Jimmy Mathurin. He was knowledgable and did a great job of explaining what he was doing. Very complete inspection and cleaning - will definitely call again.

There were others that were less expensive. Very good.

I do like when they send their lead technician .Hes the only one that properly addresses issues. Anytime a different technician is sent they brake something. I will only use them again because the unit is under warranty with them.

They are a good company if their started to making a change to a different air conditioning contractor they should use them.

I've used them for years. We're stuck with them right now. We use them because of the warranty of the unit they put in. They never get the job done right the first time. There's only one technician that's capable for the whole company. The technicians are not as educated in all the HVAC products that are out there especially the one they put in our house. They put wrong parts in. Sometimes they don't fix the problem the first time. They go on multiple trips. The price was fair. The junior techs are worthless but the senior techs are fine.

The service call was for routine maintenance and system check as part of an annual service agreement. The service was performed by Bret Stone. He did a great job of explaining what he was doing and taking the time to do a thorough job.

I've been a customer for 20+ years. Great service every time they have come out. We are on their maintenance/service plan. Always prompt if I have a ptoblrm. They installed H & C unit .

Quickly responded when we called with an issue. Gave the best quote and did all work in a timely manner. Only issue is that they were to put in for a $1000 rebate check and we still have not received the check after 3 months. Would use them again.

When I moved into my condo 10 years ago, I saw that the A/C had been serviced each year by Service Experts. I continued using their service every year since and I've never been sorry. Last year, the service rep told me there was a problem that was fixable, but would cost around $1,000.00. Given the age of the A/C unit and the fact that, living in Florida I use A/C year-round, I wasn't surprised. I chose to replace the unit instead of repair. I got three estimates, including one from Service Experts, and ended up using them again. They have been consistently professional, efficient, reliable and reasonably priced.

They did a good job. They were very clean and neat. They seemed very thorough. They were able to come on a timely basis and finished the job as stated. They were expensive but they were good. We still do use them. They do our annual check for the furnaces and air conditioning.

It was expensive but they weren't anymore expensive than anyone else. They were reasonable. They came out whenever it needed service like on the first year. They were really timely about that. They were good at keeping their appointments and letting you know when it's time for another check-up. We had a good experience. They were courteous. They were on time. They kept us informed on what they were gonna do. They explained the different systems to us.

Had a furnace tune up. The Service man was prompt and professional. Answer all my questions. Performed the work quickly. Will use them again.

Great, very friendly and so quick to respond. He let me watch and explained everything he was doing and also explain how to prevent these issues from happening in the future. It was also a late evening call on a cold night, but he still had a good attitude.

They are a company I have mixed feelings about because the people who do the work does excellent work but the people at the office are nimrods. They don't get anything straight and they get everything mixed up. I had problems with the appointment times and I had problems with the billing. The work that they did was very good. I wouldn't recommend them. I think the price is fair. The workmen were very professional.

Called these people to give us a price to fix our existing central air conditioner. The tech comes out, looks at the unit and my furnace and then tells my wife (I wasn't home) that the air conditioner is too old and he can't get parts. He told my wife that the part plus install would have been 1,000.00 if he could have gotten the part. He also says that my furnace is beyond repair and should be replaced for $10,000-$15,000. He charges $100.00 for this. For $100.00 he could have at least put a new furnace filter in. I wasn't buying this, so I called Advance Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner, Mr. Hayes came out checked the air conditioner and furnace, and didn't charge me anything. He later called me and gave me a price on a new part to fix the air conditioner, which I had him install much lower rate than Service Experts. Mr. Hayes also inspected my furnace and said there was nothing wrong with it.

Made an appointment with a two hour arrival window. After waiting for two hours got a call that the technician got sick and we needed to reschedule. Made a second appointment with a two hour arrival window. After waiting an hour got a call that because so many people didn't have heat I needed to reschedule once more. No thanks found another company that arrived as scheduled.

We have used them for many years now and we have had trouble-free operation of both furnaces and A/C's.

I called them originally on a Sunday for an emergency service call. The technician sent was unable to diagnose the problem. They charged me an emergency service call, told me I couldn't use the coupon for a new customers, and I would need to have someone else come out on Monday.I had to call a second time to get someone to come. The second technician tried to charge another service call, and when I questioned this, he said he would take some off the call. He did let me use my coupon but recouped the charges back by charging individual charges for each item he performed diagnostic checks on. The item that needed replaced was a board, and was charged for the cost of the part, and labor. I will never use this company for any of my heating and cooling needs.

We have been using their services for over ten years. When we are due for another appointment, they call us to schedule at our convenience. I have been happy with their service.

Once this gets repaired, if it ever does, I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!!
