Description of Work: I called at 8:30 on a weekend day (no A/C on a 90-degree day) and had a technician out by 10:15. Capacitor on unit diagnosed, replaced, and cooling again in one hour. Very professional and prompt.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my AC system. Service Experts came out 3 times to diagnose and fix the problem. While I would have liked it to have been fixed the first time, I understood the complexity of the diagnose and fix. After contacting customer service (it really exists and does work), we arrived at an equitable amount for the services performed.

Description of Work: Had a service contract and both times they came to my home there was a problem with their trying to bill me. They did end up honering the contract but it was annoying. A/C was turned off 10/2013 and not turned on again until 6/2014 and was not cooling properly. Called Ultimate Air Systems who were referred to me and they found that the system was 3 lbs low on freon but could find any leak aproximately 5/6/14. System has worked better than ever since and as of today 6/23/14 it is still working fine. You can come to your own conclusions.

Description of Work: I needed my Air Condidtioner tuned up. It was sorking but making a strange noise. They called me to let me know they were on the way. The Service Man Joel showed up on time. He was very professional and didnt try to sell me on additional services i didnt need. I have had this problem with other companies in the area. I would definitly recommend them to anyone that is unsure of who to call.

Description of Work: I was very happy with the techs that installed my new furnace, but had issues with the free inspection of my air conditioning unit. The first tech was unprofessional or incompetent. My unit quit cooling after his visit. He had told me it was in bad condition, and needed to be replaced. After calling the office to complain, a different tech came out and found that wires on the unit had been reconnected in the wrong spot. My unit overheated due to this. The second tech was honest about the mistake, but the company never followed up with an explanation or apology. Very unprofessional.

Description of Work: They were very professional as far as the work performed. They had a "come on add" for a furnace" tune up" for 59.00. We have two home furnaces that I wanted them to "tune up". The pilot lite on one of my furnaces wouldnot stay lit

Description of Work: Cook replaced our furnace, our heater, and our air conditioning unit. They also removed the old units and took them all away.

Description of Work: Suggested a better heating/AC solution than we had in mind. Gave a reasonable estimate. Good terms. Installed a trusted brand (Trane heat pump) promptly and professionally. Very pleased with the contact, installation and equipment performance.
