Description of Work: Window coverings for 1 large and one extra large sliding glass doors. Designer came to house measured, helped pick types of coverings that would work and pick colors. |When we found out that one of our choices would not work spent a large amount of time at the showroom making choices. Everyone was knowledgable and pleasant to work with.

Description of Work: Installer not at all professional. |Kept having to run in and out to his vehicle to retrieve tools which I feel should of been brought in before starting the job. |Blinds not at all like blinds I have had in the past. Vanes do not close properly and the installer kept blaming the wall not being level. Blinds that were on the wall prior to this purchased closed without a problem before they broke. Won't use this company again.

Description of Work: Metro blinds has an excellent reputation that I believe is well deserved. Metro Blinds is expensive, but the old adage that you get what you pay for is absolutely true. Professional, courteous, and helpful. I love the blinds I bought, and I wouldn't hesitate to buy more from them. I gave them a B rating on price because the estimate was added incorrectly, and the blinds were more than originally quoted. They did call me right away to let me know about the error, but it was still painful to swallow. The estimate was probably off by $400...not a lot in the greater scheme of things. I was planning to buy a particular kind of blind, but the sales person talked me out of them telling me that the cords and chains would drive me crazy. She was absolutely right. I bought cordless blinds that can be raised and lowered from the top and the bottom so I get the exact degree of sunlight/privacy I want. The blinds that were already in the house, and which do have cords and chains, drive me nuts!
