Fantastic. Christine came to our home and answered every question we had. Thoroughly knowledgeable about every item in their inventory. After Finishing up with us, she invited us to see Metro’s show room. We met her later in the week and, once again, she did a great job in discussing our options with us. We made the order. On installation day, Joe Powers arrived on time and wasted no time doing the installation. Completely professional, Joe worked alone and completed the three blinds in under an hour. Great job from him with complete clean up and great attitude the entire time. Both Christine and Joe followed the required safety features for the COVID-19 Pandemic, masked and conscious of the Social Distancing at all times. We highly recommend Metro Blinds to anyone planning the purchase and installation of any of their products. Company took measurements over phone and set up appointment time. Installing technician arrived promptly; work was done professionally and quickly. New slider track works perfectly. We would definitely recommend Metro Blinds!

They look great. Have only seen them in photos since property manager handled transaction in my absence. They have used vendor before.

Great! I got a couple of estimates and Metro had the best solution for a large span of oversized sliders. They were also knowledgeable about home automation integration for the blinds, which is my ultimate goal. The blinds are now installed and look great! They match my other existing blinds very well. Finally, I can have these large sliders but some privacy at night! Everyone I met with was extremely professional, knowledgeable and nice, from the salesroom floor to the estimator to the installer.

They were here as scheduled to quote the job. The local company that actually manufactures the shutters came as scheduled and took the measurements in advance of the manufacturing process. They were very professional, and the work was completed on time. The shutters are beautiful and fit perfectly.

They did good work. They weren't the cheapest company but I was in a hurry.

They were great but I ended up no liking the material. I think the price is a little high. They mislead me a little bit with the material and it didn’t hang well at all.

It went really well, but I did not get it through Angie's List. I saw it in the paper. I know one thing that is the difference, if you use Metro Blinds and then the guys come out to install the actual wood shutters they leave you a number that cuts out the middle man, i.e., the blind company. In other words you can call them and you can get them a lot cheaper, I have found out now. They did a fine job. Metro Blinds did not make the product. The woman that came and called on me was a little short with me, but other than that. She came when she said she was going to. They said when they were ready and they were ready by another company. I am going to have the manufacturer put the rest of the blinds up and not use Metro Blinds again. I think that they are a lot overpriced.

It went fine. They got a wrong measurement for the entry way so they had to take it away and redo it. One of the handles broke so I called them today and they have a new handle for it. They have a high price.

They did okay. When they first put them in, it was nothing like I wanted. It didn't fit it right. I was really upset about it because it didn't look anything like what they're supposed to look like. When I showed them pictures of what I wanted it to look like, they sent somebody else out and finally made it right. They did a good job once they did it. The first time around was not that good.

This is an update to my previous review of this vendor. After an issue with one of my blinds the vendor replaced it with a brand new blind at no extra charge. I would definitely use them again.

The experience was fine. They did fine work, they were on time, everything was completed the way it should be, but they were expensive. I chose to go with that, because that is what I wanted. I liked the blinds that don't have the chords you have to pull, and they are not hanging down. It has the sunscreen on the back side, because my dining room faces the east, and so it gets sun early, so that is what I went with. Most people would consider it rather expensive paying $4000 for 5 windows. I have 2 dogs, and I didn't want to be bothered with the chords. I also have a great-grandson, and I didn't want to have trouble with that either. The price was a little pricey for what I wanted, but that is what I wanted. This is unbelievable how they protect the house, and how easy it is to lower and raise. I did not get the electrical ones because it was another $1000 more expensive. I went over there, talked to them, and they came over, and they were very prompt and professional in the measuring, and we found that some of the windows weren't as square as they should be. With their measuring, they were able to accommodate the blinds, so they looked perfect at all times. The installation was done, when they said it would be done, and the guy came in, he was extremely professional, and he was done. I can't say anything bad about them. They were fantastic. I am saving up the money to do the same thing in my bedroom.

We have used them 3 times, and they are fine.

The experience was very good. We had no problems at all. I could have done it for less money if I had done it myself, but I was not going to.
