Description of Work: My husband and I purchased a new-construction home in a gated community and expected to close in early December. We had plans to travel north for the Christmas holiday but didn't want to leave our new home with no window coverings. Metro offered to provide temporary window coverings, but that was not necessary. Our builder gave Metro access to the house prior to closing so measurements could be taken for plantation shutters. The shutters were installed about a week prior to our trip. They are beautiful and add value to our home. I am very happy with the shutters and extremely happy with the service provided by Metro Blinds.

It took about two weeks to order and installation went quickly in half a day. Blinds are holding up but a couple have wrinkles that have not come out as I expected.

I have always been happy with the sales person, Carol, who has come to our home. The service people who have come to do install have always been punctual, professional, courteous.

Brendan carried the blinds to and from my car. Repairs completed the SAME DAY and at a very reasonable cost compared to replacing the blinds. Definitely recommended.

They were good and we like them. We loved the lady who came out to do the services. They helped us pick them out. She had to start working there. She was very outgoing and easy to work with. We would recommend them. It was higher than we thought it would be. We tried other places and it would have been higher.
Description of Work: We used Metro Blinds, Draperies and Shutters for the window treatments. We had three double sliding doors with covering.

Everything went well, installer originally arrived with the wrong order but quickly returned to the shop and brought back and installed our blinds quickly and they look great. Sales staff and installer were knowledgeable and friendly.

They showed up right when they were supposed to. They lady was very knowledgeable. They showed my wife the samples and products and helped us choose what was needed. They told us how long it would be and they were here before they said they would be able to get back to us. They called us, set an appointment, came out and installed it in a couple of hours. They were very professional.

Everything went well. They have a nice showroom. The salesperson came out when scheduled to measure with many books and color samples. We had a few companies come out and they were the only company showing something in addition to Hunter Douglas. (They sell Hunter Douglas also). We saw some natural wood blinds we really liked and the salesperson was great recommending colors. We placed our order and had them installed about three weeks later. The installation went well and everything looks great.

I had a negative experience with them. Three of the blinds that they delivered were of low quality. It was of inferior quality. They had to be taken down and returned.
