Ed, Blake and Keith were a pleasure to work with. Spend just 30 seconds talking to anyone one of them and you'll know you're working with knowledgeable and honest people. Ed took his time explaining everything to me and was always welcoming and available to take my calls---even on the weekend. Blake and Keith got the work done and did a fabulous job. It's not easy installing a state of the art water heater in an attic, but for them it was a piece of cake. I scheduled the work to be performed at 7am and sure enough, the front gate was calling at 6:55am. Their work was clean and professional in appearance; I even think Keith measured and cut all the pex pipes to exact measurements because his work looked like what you would find in an instructional how-to book. Do not hesitate to call Ed if you need a plumber, and make sure to ask for Blake or Keith (or both) to come out and do the job, though I'm sure all his employees share the same skillsets and work ethic.
