I was pleasantly surprised that the replacement water heater was done the very day I called. I don't feel I could have asked for more. All interactions I had with the staff was cordial and all my questions were answered and addressed.

I also liked that one person was able to do both the plumbing and the electrical outlet installation, rather than needing to hire 2 different firms. We had to replace a leaking waterheater on Thanksgiving weekend before company came. They came right out replace the heater. Then the kitchen faucet stopped up and they fixed it to all so we could have a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great worker combo the house. I would recommend him to anyone.
