Ed was fair and nice to work with. His plumbers arrived on time, were knowledgeable, pleasant, and completed the job within 2 hours. All said they did a great job and offered to come back should I have any issues with the water not being hot enough. So far, all is good.

I would say it was refreshing to work with a company that was honest and employee's local hard working people in SWFL. As a younger home owner I feel like some business try to take advantage thinking that I am unaware of the value. Ed was very straight forward and honest with me on what I could do and costs and options to get what I was looking for and i appreciate it. Plus the cost was very competitive with other options and much more reasonable than other bigger companies that wouldn't install some of the options I asked for. I would absolutely work with them again for any of my plumbing needs.

Ed and company were very professional from start to finish. Communication was consistent, and scheduling the job was very convenient. They arrived on time and completed the work as discussed. Pricing was standard but the quality of work is good so... It’s not always smart to go with the cheapest. If you skimp on pricing, you may not get the quality. Especially when electrical is involved! These guys knew their stuff and did a great job. Pleasant to speak with as well. I would hire them again for other work and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for their services. -Steve

I hired McCullers to replace my water heater. Professional. Great customer service. Helped me understand types of water heaters would best suit my needs. Terrific value . Rapid installation. I highly recommend for home projects.
