We have mold growing in a crawl space. Ronnie Campbell inspected the situation and supplied us with an estimate to remediate on the spot. He thoroughly explained the process, timeframe, and chemicals to be used. He even went out of his way to explain possible strategies to prevent future outbreaks in other areas of our home. Had a toilet overflow with float failure from unit above. Caused extensive damage to my unit below. iMold was quick to respond and provide an estimate. We hired them to remediate the water and subsequent mold damage. The technicians JT and Robert were thorough, and extremely pleasant and easy to work with. Supervisor Tommy came periodically to check on the the job and offered good advice to us regarding both the remediation and rebuild. iMold worked hard to provide exact information to the insurance company on our behalf. I would not have any concerns recommending iMold to anyone in the south Florida area that is in need of addressing any water emergency/remediation situation.

Brian was extremely knowledgeable and quick to provide information. He knew I needed an estimate quickly and actually skipped lunch to get a quote done for me. I truly appreciated his professionalism and responsiveness.

I didn't have a good experience with them. They did $7000 worth of stuff that didn't need to be done. Because I had insurance, they did things that didn't need to be done. The insurance company agreed that it was fraudulent, but they said they didn't want to deal with it because they didn't want them to put a lien on my house and go through the legal process. I had moldy cabinets and they needed to be removed, but then they came in and they set up all those drying stuff and it didn't need to be dried. It had already been declared free of mold and dry enough to build back. They came and stayed for almost a month because I had insurance and did stuff that didn't need to be done even though the person who certifies said, "Yeah. It's fine, you can build back." He said, "No, no, no, you can't. Your insurance wouldn't pay unless I do this." They came most of the time when they said they were going to come. They acted professional, but they weren't professional. The workers were a little bit sloppy in that they didn't protect things that they could have protected. For example, if they had equipment that was up next to the wall, they could have put a towel, a piece of cardboard or a piece of bubble wrap or whatever between the wall and the equipment. Instead, they just leaned it up there and so I had to have a lot of extra paint done. They made a lot more mess than they needed to. I would tell a friend or a family member to absolutely avoid them at all cost as they are dishonest and they don't think anything is wrong with what they do. They could have been honest and upfront in giving me the pricing of what they were doing. They also could have followed the directions of the certified mold inspector, which they did not. They did not follow his advice.

Brian provided a quote very quickly and seems to be very knowledgeable. The workers arrived as promised and provided excellent communication throughout the entire project. It took 3 days from beginning to end and we were very pleased with the job that they did. They removed our mirrors and part of our bathroom cabinet to check for mold in other areas near the affected area. They did a great job and saved what they could to save us money on the rebuild. Brian followed up to ensure everything was going well throughout the project and was upfront and honest with everything.

They found the source which was coming from my AC unit, and they resolved the issue. They were extremely professional from when the owner came to diagnose the issue and till the team left. They went above and beyond. They kept me informed with every step they were doing. I would highly recommend this business.

They were here within several hours and promptly got to work. They had to move furniture and had to remove baseboards and some door trim due to excessive water damage. Some of the carpet padding had to be removed as well. They discarded all the wet items and set up de-humidifiers and fans to dry out the office area. They came back for several days to check it out and when the office and bathroom were dry, the took their equipment out and set all of the furniture back and hooked up all of our office equipment. I called the company Brian recommended. They will be out this week to access the situation.

Owner is far too busy to come and look at the mold that I have growing in my child's bedroom. Instead he had me send him pictures and proceeded to tell me to have a drywall company of my choice call him to discuss the job. Of course the drywall company won't even come out til the drywall is removed. I am back to square one looking for somebody to at least come out and look at my ceiling. Very frustrating

The owner, Brian Bland, came to our home to give us an estimate for what we believed would be mold remediation work. After inspection, he advised us to go another route since the damage does not need mold remediation. We appreciate his honesty and professionalism and would highly recommend his company.

From the beginning to end, Brian and his service crew were very professional. I met Brian, the owner, and he was great at evaluating the car, formulating a plan, and executing it seamlessly. I felt the price, standards, and company were outstanding. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

We had been having severe allergic symptoms when we were in our home. We called iMold from Ft Myers and their owner, Brian Bland, came to our home immediately . He found mold present and then carefully explained the remediation process and the cost of the job. He also told us what we had to do to prepare our home for his technicians, including moving out of the home for a week and removing and cleaning all clothing from the closets. They cleaned all surfaces-- ceilings, walls, floors, mattresses, furniture, and cabinets. They ran air scrubbers for days and cleaned the ductwork, Then they hired an independent, Licensed Mold Assessor to do a detailed inspection including a careful visual check and two air tests. The report showed there was no longer any mold present. IMold's technicians had years of experience in mold removal and remediation. They were on time, meticulous in their work, and extremely neat. When we returned to our home after a week, everything was immaculate and in the exact place we left it. Having to deal with a mold problem is very stressful. Working with iMold made things easier because of their professionalism. I highly recommend them to anyone that has similar problems.

The crew came and was very courteous to my family and I. They made this horrible situation into a nice experience. They worked thoroughly, but quickly. I can not thank them enough for getting all that nasty mold out of my house for good. THANK YOU iMOLD!

I had some water damage in the bathroom as a result of the tub and insurance was not going to cover it. I called iMold for an estimate and Brian (The Owner) came and walked through and provided an estimate. It was significantly cheaper than one of the insurance recommended competitors. Close to 50%. It seemed to me that Brian was trying to bring costs down, and not nickle and dime me which I appreciated. The following week I called and scheduled for the work to be completed. Two guys came in to do the work. They were very professional and did a great job with the damage removal. They also did an impressive job cleaning after themselves, they even wiped down the floors from the front door to the upstairs bathroom which I did not request, but really appreciated. I was debating between 4 and 5 stars, but decided with 5 because they did the work the promised, and did it as well. So bottom line, they performed good work and are professional, reliable and upfront; that is why they get the five star rating.

Fantastic. My Naples home was for sale and the buyers found mold so I looked online and found this company. They provided fast service and my home was able to sell without delay once they got the mold out. They were quick, professional, and thorough. Very responsive, professional appearance, took their time to make sure the job was done right.
