Our experience with iMold went incredibly well! We had no idea of the extent of damage that a slow leak in our dishwasher has done over time. Black mold, the bad kind, has been growing behind the dishwasher and the water damage extended through the walls into two adjacent rooms. Watching iMold do their thing was really cool actually. This was a huge job and they got rid of the mold and damaged areas of our home. They taught us quite a bit. They felt more like family taking good care of us through a scary event. Months later, found more mold and water damage due to failed tile in our guest shower. We knew who to call and they got is taken care of quickly again! For an awful thing to deal with, it was great having iMold with us every step of the way!

Brian and his team took care of our issue in a swift and professional manner and at a reasonable price. If needed I would hire them again!

Our Roofer recommended iMold.us and, after we contacted them, we understood the recommendation. They sent teams in to identify the mold areas and then define a remediation and repair plan. All areas of the plan were carried out with precision and quality work. Every evening they cleaned up the areas so we had no mess. After the remediation and an air check to determine that the remediation had worked , their repair crew cam in and curtained off all work areas so we had no dust throughout the house. In addition their system of paperwork is very user-friendly and easy to use. Irene Samol the Administrative Mgr. of Repairs made my life much easier due to the excellence of her system.

Great, due to some damage to the tile, we weren't sure if water/mold damage had occurred. IMold came out quickly and was able check for damage. They also helped with the insurance claim.

The crew of JD, Calvin and John did a yeoman's job clearing my villa of mold caused by Irma. The first day the ac went out and they worked through it. It was not repaired until noon the next day and they kept working. They did a very professional job. Brian Bland, the owner, went above and beyond clearing up some misunderstandings between he and the post remediation inspector that resulted in a determination favorable to me. I cannot thank him enough.

They gave us a great estimate. Unfortunately, some issues with our roof and home owners association have kept us from performing the work, but we will be contacting them when those things move forward/ are completed!

iMold removed all of the affected areas and my home passed inspection with flying colors. They were able to do their work with minimal disruption to the rest of my house. I would like to especially recognize the efforts of Mike, Calvin, and Jonathan. They treated my house as if it was their own.

I worked with the owner Brian to try to get our mold issues remedied and he was extremely responsive and very helpful. The team worked really hard to get us the information needed for insurance. Ultimately we didn't end up using iMold's services this time because of the backed up schedule as a result of the whole area being so badly affected. But would highly recommend Brian as his team.

This was my first time using iMold. The techs Vlad & Josh were outstanding! They called when they were on their way. Every day the price kept growing... started at 8,000, then 16,000, then 18,000 and when they increased to 30,000 I fired them! Beware.... Bait and Switch.... Stay Away!

IMOLD technicians spent approximately 5 working days working in the house while their negative air machines kept the house under negative pressure so that any dust/particles / etc , disturbed during the remediation process would be filtered and then exzhausted outside then house. The technicians carefully and thoroughly chemically wiped or HEPA vacuumed every surface of the house and every object in it. They also ripped up the faux wool living room floor and disposed of the material to determine the source of dampness that had caused a small portion of the floor to bulge. The same was done for the lower portion of the living room front interior drywall. Mold remediation is a complicated business and noT a do it yourself project. As someone who has repaired and remodeled houses I could appredciate the professionalism of IMOLD'S crew. They techs were friendly, reliable and a pleasure to work with. They exuded such cojnfidence that my wife and I were comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we went about our business. We would definitely hire IMOLD again if we ever were faced with a mold problem. We recommended them to our next door neighbor and they have just completed a 3 day job for her. I have not listed a cost for this job because every job is unique. I felt the price was probably fair given the extent of the work although I have nothing to compare it to. When one hires a traditional contractor to remodel or repair something the results are usually visible to all. The house looks better - new paint' fixtures, features , obvious repairs etc. With our remnediation we got back the same old house missing the living room floor and a bit of drywall. What we did get was peace of mind that the hidden mold issues (the probably cause of my wife's health issues) had been resolved by genuine professionals. That's made the cost worthwhile for us. They sent in two people who looked at the elevator. They tested the mold, scraped down the walls, sprayed a gas into the elevator and did a great job. They were professional, fast, and efficient. It only took them two hours and I am very happy.

He was very thorough. There aren't that many that would've done a thorough job as he did. I would definitely use him again in this situation.

To have a mold problem is an awful, terrible, distressing event. Brian and his team were very knowledgeable, helped us know what to do, assisted us throughout the process, and were prompt and thorough in their job, showing up on time and working weekends to ensure our timetable was met. We were very pleased we chose them. It can be hard to know how to select a vendor for something like this, but I think we were very lucky to choose iMold. I recommend them unequivocally.

The person who answered the phone explained how mold travels and unless I share a common wall or other common building materials, I should not be concerned. IF I ever have a mold problem I will be consulting this company again. Excellent and very professional advice!

Excellent company for professionalism, pricing, and customer care. I am so grateful for iMold and the amazing job the iMold team did at our recently purchased home in Cape Coral. When we purchased the home, an independent mold inspector explained that the mold test results were so high, it was dangerous for people to even be in the home. We were panicked because my newly married son and daughter-in-law could not move into their new home. The original mold remediation company we had called came out and charged me $250 for an estimate and said they’d deduct the $250 from my bill once we used their company for the mold remediation process; they provided me with an estimate that was over $14,000. Being panicked about our situation and unknowledgeable about mold remediation, we almost went with this company; however, while out running errands, we came to a stoplight and in front of us was an iMold truck. I had never heard of iMold and I took a picture of the truck with my cell phone so I could remember to research this company and think about getting a second opinion. Thankfully, I researched all the local mold remediation companies on the Internet, and ended up choosing iMold because of their great reviews. The owner of the company, Mr. Brian Bland, came out to our new home, took pictures, and then prepared an estimate for FREE (unlike the other mold remediation company who I now feel scammed us), and the iMold estimate was almost HALF of what the other mold remediation company was going to charge us. Our family is so grateful for iMold; iMold took care of everything for us, made sure the home would be safe for my son and daughter-in-law; and after their sanitization process, they left the new property SPOTLESS. An independent mold inspector came out and tested the property after iMold completed their work and within a couple days, the test results came back and showed that the mold problem was completely gone and the home was now safe for my son and daughter-in-law to move into. As a mother, I will always be grateful to the iMold team for making sure that our new property is safe for my son and daughter-in-law to move into and eventually start their family; I believe there is no greater gift a person can give to a parent than being kind and helpful to a parent’s child – Thank you, iMold, for making sure my children’s home is safe! And I’d just like to conclude by saying that the owner of iMold, Mr. Bland, knew we were working on a very limited budget and would likely need to take out a loan to have the mold remediation done; he went above and beyond to be more than fair in the pricing, and he gave us several discounts and some free services to help us. We are so thankful to Mr. Bland, to Jay and Sophia (the lead mold sanitation crew working on our home), and the whole iMold team for so diligently and compassionately caring about my family and making certain our home would be safe for us.
