Our experience with iMold went incredibly well! We had no idea of the extent of damage that a slow leak in our dishwasher has done over time. Black mold, the bad kind, has been growing behind the dishwasher and the water damage extended through the walls into two adjacent rooms. Watching iMold do their thing was really cool actually. This was a huge job and they got rid of the mold and damaged areas of our home. They taught us quite a bit. They felt more like family taking good care of us through a scary event. Months later, found more mold and water damage due to failed tile in our guest shower. We knew who to call and they got is taken care of quickly again! For an awful thing to deal with, it was great having iMold with us every step of the way!

Our Roofer recommended iMold.us and, after we contacted them, we understood the recommendation. They sent teams in to identify the mold areas and then define a remediation and repair plan. All areas of the plan were carried out with precision and quality work. Every evening they cleaned up the areas so we had no mess. After the remediation and an air check to determine that the remediation had worked , their repair crew cam in and curtained off all work areas so we had no dust throughout the house. In addition their system of paperwork is very user-friendly and easy to use. Irene Samol the Administrative Mgr. of Repairs made my life much easier due to the excellence of her system.

The crew of JD, Calvin and John did a yeoman's job clearing my villa of mold caused by Irma. The first day the ac went out and they worked through it. It was not repaired until noon the next day and they kept working. They did a very professional job. Brian Bland, the owner, went above and beyond clearing up some misunderstandings between he and the post remediation inspector that resulted in a determination favorable to me. I cannot thank him enough.

I worked with the owner Brian to try to get our mold issues remedied and he was extremely responsive and very helpful. The team worked really hard to get us the information needed for insurance. Ultimately we didn't end up using iMold's services this time because of the backed up schedule as a result of the whole area being so badly affected. But would highly recommend Brian as his team.

This was my first time using iMold. The techs Vlad & Josh were outstanding! They called when they were on their way. Unfortunately, I couldn't make it on time to let them in, so I gave them the gorage door code. They called me shortly after did the work. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant on the phone. Even Carly, at the office was a great help! You guys have an outstanding team! I will most definitely use you guys again!

Every day the price kept growing... started at 8,000, then 16,000, then 18,000 and when they increased to 30,000 I fired them! Beware.... Bait and Switch.... Stay Away!

"[Member Name Removed] A quick Google search of your name will revel the truth about you. You have an amazing history . Your job had two realtors tell me to clean just the master suite and the AC systems. And that was all that was in your mold report. Then you told me your husband and two children have mold allergies and you want the entire home Hepa Vacuumed . Because you're home is 8000 square-foot the job now went to 16,000. Once the crew leaders arrived they found you have a water damage in your garage. And you have a whole guest home that was completely full of mold top to bottom covered in yellow fuzzy mold. Two dumpsters worth of furniture was added for disposal .You wanted us to address that so the bill went up once again. And then finally after we did an attic inspection we sent you photographs of your entire attic covered in green fuzz with many roof leaks and air-conditioning problems. I gave you a quote to take care of all the new areas and all the new requests from you. At that time we decided not to work together. It is normal in this industry to uncover new and additional areas that were not found by realtors, homeowners or inspectors and we provided you photographs and a personal walk-through with a manager from my company to show you all the new and additional work. After reading about you on google I am very happy that we parted ways. I have been doing this for 20 years and have a flawless reputation for honor and integrity. Sad you cannot say the same."

IMOLD technicians spent approximately 5 working days working in the house while their negative air machines kept the house under negative pressure so that any dust/particles / etc , disturbed during the remediation process would be filtered and then exzhausted outside then house. The technicians carefully and thoroughly chemically wiped or HEPA vacuumed every surface of the house and every object in it. They also ripped up the faux wool living room floor and disposed of the material to determine the source of dampness that had caused a small portion of the floor to bulge. The same was done for the lower portion of the living room front interior drywall. Mold remediation is a complicated business and noT a do it yourself project. As someone who has repaired and remodeled houses I could appredciate the professionalism of IMOLD'S crew. They techs were friendly, reliable and a pleasure to work with. They exuded such cojnfidence that my wife and I were comfortable leaving them alone in our house while we went about our business. We would definitely hire IMOLD again if we ever were faced with a mold problem. We recommended them to our next door neighbor and they have just completed a 3 day job for her. I have not listed a cost for this job because every job is unique. I felt the price was probably fair given the extent of the work although I have nothing to compare it to. When one hires a traditional contractor to remodel or repair something the results are usually visible to all. The house looks better - new paint' fixtures, features , obvious repairs etc. With our remnediation we got back the same old house missing the living room floor and a bit of drywall. What we did get was peace of mind that the hidden mold issues (the probably cause of my wife's health issues) had been resolved by genuine professionals. That's made the cost worthwhile for us. They sent in two people who looked at the elevator. They tested the mold, scraped down the walls, sprayed a gas into the elevator and did a great job. They were professional, fast, and efficient. It only took them two hours and I am very happy.
