Their prices are expensive.

I called at 9:00 AM and requested service for our hot water heater, same day if possible. She told me they could get there in the afternoon, after 2 PM, and they would call when on their way. She called at about 4:45 and said they were on the way, he arrived about 20 minutes later. The plumber was very friendly, professional, and fast. He had the part he needed on his truck and replaced it within about 15 minutes.

They came out to repair my washing machine--the actually loaned me a washer while they took the old one away for repairs, so I was never without a washer. They came out immediately, and arrived exactly when they said they would. They have been excellent.

We were finding things going wrong around the house. We decided to use Home Tech because they offer the service contract. We been with them for 8 or 9 years. They provide great service. I believe they are employee owned which accounts for some part of their customer service.

We have been using their services for about eighteen years. They are totally honest, completely reliable, responsive and can handle any problem in our house that is covered under the contract. A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliances. I have never had any complaints. This company is super terrific!

We are very happy with them. The sales person was knowledgeable. If you have a contract with them, they offer discounted prices and they know their brands. We bought a new air conditioner, and our bills have been half of what they were last year. They are very responsive and usually there same day. We have appreciated their knowledge of brands.

I think they provide a great service. Certain things they make mandatory as a preventative, for example they'll come out twice a year to check on your air conditioning unit. They are very good. We will continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed is what we pay per year but of course this will vary depending on the year of your unit and the age of your appliances.

They fix everything and are just fabulous. I called them one time when my garbage disposal wasn't working and came out and had it fixed within five minutes. It had come unplugged. They didn't charge anything for the visit as it's included in the contract. They show up on time when they say they will and call in the morning before they come out to give you at time for their arrival. They are professional, and knowledgeable they even inform you of what is being fixed. We will continue to use them and have recommended them to others.

I called home tech because of good reports on Angie's List. I initially left a request for a service call on their website. After 3 days of no response, I called. The tech couldn't find my house, in spite of my instructions (which, I discovered, they never gave him). Although I specifically told them on the phone that my house was on a well, and told them exactly which part was malfunctioning, the tech who arrived said, "jeez, I don't think we work on wells." He then called his boss, who decided that they did, after all, work on wells. He then said that he didn't know what the part he needed was. I told him. He then said that he couldn't get it, then decided that he could. He then charged me $119 and left without doing a thing. As he was leaving, he told me that there would be another $119 charge when he returned. I cannot recommend home tech to anyone ever for anything.

Hometech is an excellent company. They always attend to matters promptly and courteously. I pay a yearly contract fee of $539. Hometech gives you an appointment day and they always call early in the morning to give you a time slot for the job. They call again just before the technician is due to arrive at the house. Everyone of their staff has been efficient, quick, and polite. They clean up after the work is complete. I have used this company for two years. My contract includes a complete service of my A/C system each year. It saves looking for contractors and you also know they are reliable.

Their arrival times are very prompt. For a yearly maintenance cleaning, I schedule the service one month in advance. For emergency reasons, they will arrive in a quick manner on that particular day. The company offers service on weekends and holidays with my agreement plan. I have used the company for three years and am quite pleased with their knowledge and dependability.

It seems like I pay for nothing. I pay them money each year so that I will be able to have my home covered for anything that goes wrong. Every time they come out it seems like they want to charge me a lot of money to do something that I assumed should have been covered by the program that I pay for. I really think that I am paying hundreds of dollars a year to have them come out just to charge me more money. I really think it is 'teaser' program to get you to pay them more money. Their workers are very good (professional, prompt, etc.) but I do not like this concept or how they charge.

I had very good service and I have used them for 3 years.
