When I had a problem with the refrigerator making a noise they came right out and took care of it. The service techs explained in lay man's terms what was wrong and how they were going to fix it for us. We will continue to use their services because we have the service agreement with them.

We have a service contract with them. The technicians have been very nice. We're satisfied with them, have no problems, call them, and they show up. We will continue to use them.

They did well for the 6 years we had them, however the contract presented was in excess of $660 for just the AC service for the comming year.

Arrived promptly. Repaired the problem quickly. Very polite serviceman. would definitely use this company again for appliance or ac repair if needed

They are in several locations. We have a service contract with them. They service our air-conditioning unit every six months by replacing all the filters and checking the condenser unit. There are no labor charges. They once came out on a Sunday to fix our icemaker. They also sell appliances. We bought our dishwasher and washer and dryer from them. They are very competitive. They give us discounts off their already low prices. They are very punctual and responsive. They have good technicians and good equipment. Their trucks always look new. They are neat. They put on their booties when they come in. We will be renewing our service agreement with them.

Overall, everything was excellent. They're very prompt, professional, and I can't say enough about the people that work for them. The technicians are great and they do all kinds of repair work. I don't have any complaints with them at all.

They were fine, I didn't have any problem with them at all. They were a little expensive but that was the only issue I had.

Everything turned out great. They are the best company in the world.

We pay them a flat amount per year and any time we need something done, we call them and they come out and fix it. They are pretty good. It is like insurance. If anything goes wrong in the house, they take care of everything including the refrigerator, microwave, washer and dryer. You pay them for the year and then you have a cover charge. If you have a few things going wrong and especially if you live in an older home, it's worthwhile to have their service. I would say they are pretty good. They are dependable and they do good work as far as I can tell. Whatever they do is all pretty straightforward. They have somebody that is knowledgeable in every aspect whether it is electrical or plumbing and so on. They will send whoever is specialized in that particular field. They have a pretty good complement of people working for them. I have nothing to compare their price to. This is the first time we have had a service like that, so I don't know if that is a good price. They do good work. They are responsive. Usually they send somebody out within a couple of days of our calling them. I know that they are busy. Sometimes you can get them the next day. They will call in the morning on the day they are coming and they will say that they will be there between 9 and 12 or between 1 and 4. It gives them a lot of leeway because they don't know exactly what they are getting into when they go into one of their other stops and how long it's going to take them. You don't know exactly when to expect them. They are very professional.

I have also had Home Tec for my air conditoner. They had to order the model I wanted but they came to the house twice a week to make sure I had air. Some nights they were at my house at 8:30 at night. I will highly recommend them to anyone. They are fair, honest and the lowest priced service company. They came out on Thanksgiving day once. They are wonderful

They determined that the washing machine could not be fixed. It could have been fixed but they offered a $300 credit towards a new washing machine because we have a maintenance agreement so we went with a new washing machine. They have done a great job in the past.

I have a contract with them. I have had them for 5 years. I pay on a yearly basis and it takes care of all the appliances and the air-conditioning. I wouldn't go without their service. I recommended them to a neighbor and they signed up. Their price is great. I have never paid a penny for anything. I just pay for the contract. They are terrific. They are good. I have never had anybody call and tell me that they will be here between 1 and 3 and then the technician calls right before he is ready to show up. I can't say enough about the service. They are professional. They are always on time. They are always dressed neatly. They are always polite. They know what they are doing. I plan to renew the contract.

They were professional and prompt. They did the service and left. I plan on calling them back to install a time-delay on the compressor unit.

I would recommend them. We have an agreement with them. I can't tell what the cost is because we did it a couple of years ago at least. I don't remember what the cost was. They are very good. We give them a certain amount a year and for that money, they will come in and fix any appliance like a microwave, an oven, a washer, a dryer, or a refrigerator and so on. They will come in and for one flat sum they will fix whatever is wrong. It's well worth it. Here in Florida things go wrong a lot because of the climate. We usually have a lot of things for them to look at throughout the year.

First of all, I must tell you that I have a service contract with Home Tech. I am a Gold Service Contract customer. The company is prompt and does a good job on service calls I have had this contract for 15 years. It is expensive. But the service is then free. As appliances age, the price increases.

I had planned to buy the Home Warranty, but I delayed the purchase a couple months. The refrigerator began not cooling properly so I called Home Tech, they said they would waive the service call fee if I purchased the warranty, but I would have to pay for labor and parts. I had already called a couple other places and feel the fee + labor + parts would have been about the same as the total they charged, but because I wanted their home warranty I wanted to make sure they were familiar with the appliances. They quickly set up an appointment, showed up on time, and correctly repaired the refrigerator. Knowing the prices that are charged for a repair, I'm glad I bought the home warranty for the future. The amount here is only for the refrigerator repair.

The lst visit was spent trying to sell me a service contract on my appliances and AC. I think the guy just winged it on the diagnosis (IMHO) .... I spent $200+ for a guy to give me a sales spiel on their *243),0@?# service contract. I was without a washer for 6-8 weeks and finally totally ignored with my pleas for help. The washer was NEVER repaired (BTW , it was only 2 years old and used seasonally.... actually had been used only about 2-3 weeks the previous year. The BIG KAHUNA (the mgr.) guaranteed a fix OR a refund. NEVER HAPPENED!!! Do Stay FAR, FAR away from this so-called company for any kind of repair and certainly NEVER, EVER buy a service contract from them. I would hate to think what would happen with that.

Over the 4 years we've had the contracts we have made calls 4-5 times. They have always been punctual and prompt, which is terrific. My only beef is that one time in particular I was given false info (hopefully by accident, but I'm not so sure) about the future availability of a refrigerant on an older unit in an attempt to get me to buy a new one. I found out subsequently that in fact there was no impending lack of availability. I felt a little deceived. Other than that one employee, all others have been extremely professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. Again, we pay a lot for the contract, but they have held up their end of the bargain.

Old unit was rusting with limited remaining lifetime. Have had maintenancer contract with Home-Tech for a number of years. They also offer sales of a broad variety of household products. The A/C sales person was very kowledgeable and quoted us an Amana system. We got quotes from two other companies but tHome-Tech was low bidder and more knowledgeable than the other reps. Accepted the Home-Tech quote. They showed up precisely as scheduled and finished the job in one day. The work was done neatly and professionally. The area was left very clean.

I have bought many appliances from Home Tech and have always been very happy with them. I am someone who really price shops and I just love Home Tech. I wish they carried more brands. I have many friends who have home service contracts through them and they are all happy.

They are excellent. They come out the same day that you call. They fix the problem. Their punctuality varies depending on how tied up they get. I will definitely continue to use them.

Over the years they have grown, but they have maintained their service levels.

I felt very overcharged. Wanted to sell me a very expensive service contract on top of the HVAC system. Had to call them back 2-3 times to repair some poor cosmetic repairs after the installation.

They have been okay. The only problem I have had was with some electrial work I have needed that wasn't in the contract and there were extra charge for them. They hasn't been for the appliance repair or plumbing. They are prompt.

I have done business in the past, but their prices were too high. He said he would get back to me, but did not. I had been a customer since 2003 with a home warranty and even giving all the discounts, he was still at least $200.00 higher. They are very nice, but too high.
