Description of Work: It is a yearly service contract. The service men were professional and punctual. It is expensive for the yearly contract approximately $780.00 for a service agreement. I have new appliances and A/C. When I needed toilet bowl replacement, the bowls were expensive. The service was part of the agreement.

Description of Work: RENEWED THE ANNUAL CONTRACT WITH THEM. WILL SEE HOW THEY PERFORM THIS YEAR.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace / air conditioning unit /hot water tank. Excellent service all around. Very fair price. On time, neat,polite, great clean-up when the job completed. Did what they promised, when and how they promised. Good follow-up. We would highly recommend their services!

Description of Work: We have a contract with them for all of our appliances and they are FANTASTIC!!! Wish that we had started using them years ago. We have been under contract with them for almost two years and it has been a wonderful relationship. I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Home tech said I needed to have the HVAC cleaned. They had put in a filter which apparently over time did not collect as much dust and dirt as I expected. To be fair, the filter was not changed by me in a timely manner. Service was completed on time.

Description of Work: Installed new 4 ton air conditioning system, inside and out. A little pricey but 18.50 SEER rating and should be well worth it. So far working great.

Description of Work: Provide air conditioning & appliance service contracts. They kept raising the price every year and did not provide satisfactory service. Slow to respond and don't seem to care about keeping you as a customer.

Several neighbors spent money to reroute their pipes. Home Tech corrected the problem in my residence in a few minutes.

Description of Work: We used them for more than 10 years with no problem. When the air conditioner died on a Friday in the midst of a heat wave, they had no technicians available. You have to schedule your emergencies. It was convenient to have them service/replace all appliances, but they failed when we needed them most.

Description of Work: I have a service contract with them and they first came out on Dec. 21st because our AC was not working. I told the tech I had had to turn off the AC for about 45 minutes and then turned it back on and also tripped the circut breakers. They had not tripped but my husband suggested I turn them off and on. We decided to have them come out anyway and check both the AC/Heating and the tech said nothing was wrong and even checked the breaker box. I signed a service agreement with them for a year, and not two weeks later had to have them out again as the circut breaker box sparked and popped at me when I had to turn it off and again this time to get the heat working. I ended up having to stay in a hotel that night because they said it was an electrical problem and the electrician couldn't come out till the following day. He spent about 2 hours here and said all was fixed and even tried the system. Two days later, I couldn't get the AC to work without tripping the breakers and they sent a senior tech out who said a few connections were lose in the area where the electrician had worked. He checked the wiring as much as he could get to for" shorts" and said there were none and even took off the front of the circut breaker box and checked it also. After testing both the AC/Heating systems, he declared all is O.K. I will reserve judgement. The one year service contract was for $369.00 plus the electrical cost of $250.00 so I have had to spend over $600.00.

Description of Work: Have a service contract with them. My A/C went out at 3:00 am. I had to leave a messgae on a recorder, no emergency service. they did not respond back until 3:00 pm the next day. Will not use them, switched contracts to another company.
