Erickson’s Drying Systems is a full service water, fire, and mold damage services company. We handle all aspects of water and mold damage from first emergency response to personal item recovery and dealing with your insurance company. In addition to major disasters, such as hurricanes, tornadoes, fires, and storm flooding, we also handle trauma and biohazard clean up, as well as carpet & tile cleaning. What's more, we are a full service re-construction contractor. We provide certified mold inspections and full service mold remediation. Owners Kenny and Christine Erickson have over 25 years experience serving Fort Myers, Tampa, Naples and all of SW Florida. Erickson’s as a company strives to meet the needs of customers through offering a wide variety of services, state-of-the-art technologies, and the highest level of customer service. Description of Work: Arrived in the middle of the night within 1 hour of my call for help due to flooding from an unknown cause. Promptly extracted water and set up dehumidifiers. Next day, removed wall molding which was saturated. Finally, replaced molding and brought area back to good form -- taking about three days start to finish.

Bad experience
Description of Work: Called them to schedule an appointment for services they called me back the next day. The female that called me back asked what type of service I needed. After explaining what my problem was she advised me that one of the Tech's would call me by the end of the day to schedule an appointment. Around 4 pm came around and I called back and let the secretary know that I was not called by the Technician yet and she put me on hold to speak to the supervisor. The secretary came back on the phone and advised me that the supervisor would call me soon. Never heard anything back from anyone!!

We have contacted the member and apologized for dropping the ball on this call, we have made a few changes to our office staff recently and somehow this call was not handled correctly, we are not making excuses and we have made changes in our procedures to make sure this never happens again.
