Description of Work: The service man (don't remember names) was very professional and arrived on time for the appointment we scheduled. He checked all the wiring to and from my receiver and the speakers, inside and outside on the lanai. He made sure everything was wired correctly,and explained everything he did to me. He also labeled items on the receiver (hard to read) to make sure I didn't forget where everything was located. I was amazed at how well he explained all the technical details and how thorough he was. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again in the future.

Description of Work: Josh, reprogramed our remote control for tv and tuner, also Ipod all to work with one remote, he did a great job, was very professional and understanding when it came to explaining use of remote, took his time and showed us how it worked, he had a lot of patience.
