Listen, Neida White and Davidson Irrigation are in my contacts for a reason. This is the third time I have used the company in the past three years, and they are very responsive, attentive, thorough, with outstanding customer service. The bottom line is that Neida cares about her business and cares about her customers. I highly recommend Davidson.

Great service, friendly and patient explaining what was needed

It went well, in addition a new tank was installed because the bladder was ruptured. Candidly, I did think the total bill was high but I have nothing to compare it to. I trust Neida.

I was pleasantly surprised with the service: she did not try to over-sell me anything, made suggestions regarding watering, etc. Her recommendation was that I continue with the current set up and if I decided (a year down the road) to upgrade, please call them. I really, really appreciated her approach and will most definitely use this company again!

I was extremely pleased with them, I had previously used them at my former home. Price-wise they were fair and I would use them again if need be. I would definitely use them again.

They did a great job, cleaned up after they were done and price was reasonable. Also, unlike another company we called to come out (and they never showed up), these guys came when they said they would come and finished that same day.

Neida was very prompt , knowledgeable and took the time to go over the system. She was accommodating to our scheduling. When she was here, she found some things that weren’t working properly so she is going to come back to repair some items.

Neida is a very hard worker and she knows her stuff! My irrigation system is working great now. We discussed a few other things that I may need to do in the future, but there was no pressure to do it now. My budget was tight. Thank you very much for a wonderful experience.

Not Good At All - I had to hire another company to clean up and maintain my yard. Initially when I hired Dave's Sprinkler & Landscaping, Neida White took several days to call me back after I made multiple calls. When she came out, I told her I needed a sprinkler system added to my existing well and the existing butterfly garden and garden areas needed cleaning up, several plants to be removed, 2 fruit trees planted and a few misc plants. Neida put in the sprinkler system on the existing pump and then landscaped the yard. On one of my visits I noticed the sprinkler come on and then trickle to nothing. She came and then returned and replaced the pump. Long long story, after several months, the well was dry supposedly and now she said I needed a Deep well dug. I decided to get an independent well person to come and he told me she did not have stop valve on the pipe and had dropped the pipe too deep into the well. The well was collapsed and I did need a deep well dug. Regardless, the sprinkler system should have been tested thoroughly before putting in landscaping. And several issues I was not happy with that: a tree I specifically did not want trimmed was trimmed, existing sunflowers were detroyed and not replaced, a mango tree was planted to close to the house and not corrected when requested. Miscellaneous ppipes and debris were left throughout the yard, one area needed another sprinkler head. And then although Neida said she would get a company to do the monthly maintenance, she never did and the weeds took over my yard. When I brought this to her attention, she said she sprayed the weeds. Yet my yard was completely overcome with weeds. I have pictures before, during and after to show her poor job. After requesting several times for her to remedy the problem, I decided to hire another company who immediately remedied the weeds and now my yard looks great! So after $10,000 to Dave's Sprinkler, I got a headache from trying to get them to do what I hired them to do. My complaint is Neida does not maintain what she landscapes, and her son does work unsupervised. The quality of their work is poor. My experience was expensive and negative.

Anita diagnosed the problem - the timing mechanism had been set incorrectly. Also, she redirected sprinkler heads to properly irrigate the lawn.

Have used this company several times in past. Each time was to replace broken sprinkler heads. I thought the price I was charged (around $100.00 each time) was normal. Since then this company has replaced my automatic watering system power box, replace my entire underground sprinkler system due to having a pool put in. I was having issues with the yard flooding so they recommended that I install underground drain system around entire house. They also did this work and told me I would have no issues with flooding again. 2 years later during my yearly termite inspection issues were found that were thought to be from termites. Turns out was not termite issue but flooding issue where water was coming into house. I hired an engineer to check into this and was told that water was pooling close to house above foundation line. I explained this was not possible since I had underground drains installed. He advised to check drains with next good rainfall. I did and found that water was not going into drains but flowing over drains and pooling at base of house just as engineer had stated. Apparently the drains were improperly installed. I called company to advise them of this. They came out and looked at it and said they didn't install them. I pulled the receipt showing they did. They offered to fix them. I did some research on how they should have been done and told them exactly what I wanted. While this was being done I had to supervise everything they did because one of the workers just started digging without care after being advised where all active pipes for spinklers and pool were located underground to avoid any further problems of cut pipes which would have cost me more money. This same employee also tried installing the wrong size drain boxes underground. He apparently didn't have a clue as to what he was doing. Thank goodness the other employee did. He did everything exactly as I requested. I didn't expect the correction of this job to be for free but I also didn't expect to get a bill for over $600.00. After all it was a correction of the original job I had already paid for. Shortly later I found a broken sprinkler head in my front yard when doing a monthly check of my system. My neighbor was repairing a few of his own sprinkler heads and offered to repair mine rather than me calling some one out to fix it. He only charged me for cost of new head which was less than $5.00. Imagine my surprise at this. All along I thought I was paying reasonable prices and this is how I found out I was being overcharged by this company. I won't be using them any longer and will not be recommended them to friends and neighbors.

When I arrived home the day they came out for the "estimate", a new pump and timer system had been installed at my home. Then I received a $2100 invoice! I never approved this work. I just wanted to know what was wrong and a cost to fix it. I wasn't presented with any kind of estimate or asked to sign off on the work to be performed. The fact that they are trying to collect this without my approval is unacceptable and unlawful.
