Just bought the house and my first home with an irrigation system. They provided a thorough review of my irrigation system and set it up for best performance. Made recommendations to improve the system by changing to more efficient spray heads. There was no pressure or sales pitch. Just honest information for my consideration for future upgrade.

Tech was on time, thoughly checked out the system, repaired one head and reset our timer. Made recomendation to improve one zone which we will have them do after rainy season.

They did a great job. I had another company look at the same problem and they totally mis diagnosed it. They fixed the problem and re-vamped the whole sprinkler system and it is on a large property.

They did an exceptionally nice job of rebuilding the controls. Very professional and care about the end product. Friendly and reasonably priced. Angie’s list came through again for me.

It went exceptionally well. From office staff to servicing of my system, flawless. I highly recommend this company for your sprinkler needs. The technician arrived and toubleshot the system. He determined the pump motor relay was malfunctioning and replaced it with a new part from his van. He then turned on the system to determine that the relay was the only problem. The system worked perfectly. He then checked all sprinklers to insure they also were performing correctly. After insuring the total system was working properly, he left. I would like to add, the technician was friendly, very knowledgeable, very thorough, and did not waste any time. I rated "Responsiveness" as a "B" only because the company could not schedule my repair until nine days after I called them. Not a problem though. I have not rated "Price" because I have not received the bill yet.

Original call went fine. I also asked about a service agreement and I signed up for a yearly service agreement in which they would come out a number of times throughout the year. Every time they came out the tech (and a different tech each time) found something wrong and it might range from and added $80.00 to a few hundred dollars. Keep in mind the system did its job for 15 plus years with little to no repairs needed. Then they change the service intervals from four times per year to three times per year and I had to call to remind them to provide the service?? This year when I had to call (again) they simply forgot I was on a service agreement and asked me to sign a new agreement. Enough is enough and I'm moving on.

It's an A. The workers were A.They were fine. They work really hard to try and fix our problem and they figure it out. They are efficient.

They were very reasonably priced and installed the system quickly. It works great.

They were there on time, did the tune up, fixed what needing fixing and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. I like it!

Troy actually showed up earlier than appointment time which was great. I told him of the problems I was having. He checked it out and found what the problem was. He replaced solenoids for zones 1 and 2. Alarm light went off and no more error messages. He checked to make sure the zones were functioning correctly. Now my sprinkler system is back in business. Thanks Troy for a job well done.

All went well. He explained everything and told me what heads went where. Very nice.

I've had Davidson Irrigation on a few different occasions. They were fast to respond and fix the problem. By comparison with other companies I've used in the past they are by far the best. Will highly recommend.

It went well. It was fine. He was on time. He was a few weeks ahead. He was personable and easy to get along with.

Serviceman Troy was very thorough, timely, and professional. He determined that a broken wire was the cause of the problem, repaired the wire and readjusted the inoperable zone. Very satisfied with the 1st time service.

When they cam to do work. They were on time, very efficient and explained everything they were going to do. They replaced the pump and filter and also replaced any broken heads. Check and adjusted all the heads for better coverage and did it all within the price quoted. I would use them again if needed without hesitation. Great job.

Had found out that a sprinkler head had burst and water was gushing from the pipe onto the sidewalk and our HOA's water attendant had shut off our water supply to avoid wasting all of the water and increasing our water bill. We were leaving shortly for vacation out of the state and I was a bit of a panic because with it being September in south Florida, all of my plants and landscaping would need to be watered every other day in the 90 degree heat while we were gone. I had googled a few irrigation companies, and based on the nice personal review of Neida on the davessprinklerrepairinc.com website, I decided to give this company a try. I explained the situation and that we needed to have someone come out before we left on vacation. I needed to know when they were coming as well, to call ahead to the gate house. Neverthe less, zero no shows for three separate appointments, with no phone calls. Appearantly, if it is raining on the other side of town, they do not do electrical work. Mind you, I had a sprinkler head repair. Finally, we had to leave for vacation so I left it in their hands to call me when they did finally decide to show up, so I could have them get in the community. I really wanted to be home with the technician, so see the problem and the actual repair. I was told it would be around $30 for the sprinkler head. The icing on the cake was when I opened my email in Wisconsin to see that the invoiced amount was actually $300.00. The invoice did not go into detail of why the repair was 10 times more then I was told by Neida, and no one even bothered to check with me to tell me what the actual issue was, or to make sure that I wanted to pay $300.00 for this repair. I will never know what actually went on at my house while I was away, but this is exactly why I wanted to be home at the time. Scam, dishonest, deceitful, unprofessional. On top of all this, the same sprinkler head broke again, and when I called and spoke to Neida, she was friendly about setting up new service with me, untll I mentioned that her company had already replaced it once. Then she became really nasty really quickly, and told me that I had probably run it over with my car. Bottom line, I replaced the part with a $10.00 part from Lowe's and I cant write enough bad reviews about this company. They should not be in business.

The price was high, but I had to have it done. I would most likely use them again in the future.

The services was okay but the person was late and totally out of their time frame. The excuse that it was a cold morning and he didn't feel like getting in early to start. The service itself was fine however, he was up at the window for two hours. When I called to make an appointment it was difficult to get the person on the phone. It took us a couple of days to schedule the appointment.
