The first time the guy came out he started to run the sprinklers - then I saw him out by his van - and then he left - never consulted us or emailed us o r called us or anything. I called the owner to ask what happened and she had no idea so she called him. He said he had to go to his mom's and then forgot to come back. They sent him out again and he said our sprinklers were fine (although I knew we had a line leak and we ended up fixing it ourselves after his visit) he informed us that we needed a new timer (which I already knew) He was supposed to give us an estimate o the timer - but we never heard back and I didn't want to follow up again - so we bought a timer nd we'll have an electrician instal it. $69 for nothing really. Quite disappointed,.

I'm not sure how thorough they were, didn't take them very long and they said everything was in good working order. I was happy they didn't try to sell us something we didn't need

Repair person showed up on time and saw what I wanted done then went right to work and competed the task quickly. He was very polite and willing to do what was necessary.

It cost $77 for an estimate to repair sprinkler system. I should have had a FREE estimate and the $77 I paid should have gone to actual repairs. I am totally dissatisfied.

This service was not performed as advertised in groupon deal. I was disappointed with what was done. My sprinkler system still does not work properly.

We've owned this house for 4 years and Davidson is the only company I call. They are as responsive as any company you could call, and they are now more like family than service providers, although I only see them once per year on average. I've seen them now twice in the past few months, and have been very satisfied. I haven't priced out the jobs, but I suppose someone else would know whether $140 is reasonable for replacing a pressure switch. I just tend to trust Neida.

Working with Davidson Irrigation was great from beginning to end. They were prompt and very detailed with their quote and worked with my schedule to meet me at my house. They gave me honest and fair recommendations for my irrigation and gave great recommendations to other other service providers. I interviewed 3 service providers for each job a had and chose the recommendations from Davidson each time. The guys which performed the work were friendly and did a thorough job making sure the entire lawn was covered and to make sure everything was installed properly. After the service was done they had someone meet me to review the new irrigation system in detail. I HIGHLY recommend Davidson Irrigation. There are other good irrigation companies in the area however Davidson basically is a one stop shop and you can trust there recommendations are quality.

About a week later I thought I had a leak in one of the heads that had been worked on and someone came back right away but it was not a problem. I would recommend this company.

It did not go well. I knew the pipe was split so planned to get three quotes from Angie's list providers for the repairs. - What they said needed to be done was correct and corroborated by the other providers I received quotes from. -My issue was the quote was $300 than the other two quotes for THE SAME EXACT WORK WITH THE SAME EXACT RAINBIRD PARTS AND GUARANTEES. -Initially Nelda said it would be "around $650-$700" and of course I asked for a specific quote and she said $650. I expressed my frustration that the "Sprinkler Tune Up Deal" that I bought was essentially $69 for nothing and asked why that couldn't at least be credited towards the $650. -She finally agreed on a price of $600 to cover some of the wasted money I spent on the so called "tune-up". I went ahead and scheduled them for the following Monday for repairs and then called two other providers for quotes. -Both of those providers came out within two days and both gave me quotes of $300 and $350 for the same exact work that Davidson's Irrigation would have received $669 from me for, including the pretend tune up. -I am a single mother struggling to make ends meet like most people today and I truly resent that a service provider like this can get away with that type of price gouging. I definitely did not have a good feeling about her when they left, though her tech was great. We all knew the pipe was split and would obviously spout water all over if she turned it on which I asked her not to do since we were standing there. Her own technician told her he didn't need to have it turned on for any purpose, but she ignored us and turned it on and of course water squirted all over us?..not very professional. On another note, I walked to her truck with her and she asked me how to get my phone number and I told her it was on the profile information I submitted when I bough the deal, as was my email. She never even gave me a business card or a written quote! I WOULD DEFINITELY BE WARY OF THIS PROVIDER!

They did a good job. They adjusted everything, were very knowledgeable, prompt and efficicent. They didn't address the filter situation though and it would have been nice if they'd at least let us know what they did or didn't do with that and why.

Didn't show up on the scheduled date. Had difficulties setting a time/date to meet. Acted like it was my fault that, through Angie's list, I did not provide a telephone contact number. When she did arrive, she was pleasant and cordial however did nothing as far as a 'tune-up'. Walked around the property but didn't even bother to turn on each zone and adjust the nozzles. She did turn on one zone, claimed that she couldn't get wet because of some recent surgery or condition. When asked to set the watering timer to match the city mandate, it was off by one day. When asked about upgrading the timer to digital, she informed me that it was not possible with the current system that I have, and that to replace the existing manual timer, it would be expensive because she doesn't work cheap. For what she did, I could have accomplished in 10 minutes and saved myself $69.

Troy is very knowledgable and had a lot of good ideas about the best way to arrange the sprinklers.

The technician, who was the owner of the business, went over our system and replaced five van nozzles, 4 pop-ups, 2 half risers, and had the system working well when she left. I was satisfied enough to sign up for her quarterly service on a one-year contract.

The work was not completed correctly and another provider had to come in a month later to fix issues.

Davidson Irrigation provided me with some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time. The technican was on time, very polite and - most importantly - very knowledgeable. He located the leak in my system almost immediately. The leak was the result of Island Water equiptment settling onto the pipe and cracking it. He reconfigured the broken portion of the sprinkler system to ensure it would not be broken again by the Island Water meter and box. He brought me down to explain the problem, wrote up some documentation on what he found and suggested I call Island Water to see if they will help cover the additional expense as the damage was their responsibility. He tuned my the remainder of the system and ensured that my water scheduling complied with Sanibel regulations. I am a very happy customer and will definitely use Davidson Irrigation again.

Perfectly. Provider was on time and did all the work in a professional manner. We are very happy with the results and plan to use this provider for annual check ups (and, of course, repairs, if the landscapers manage to do more damage as they tend to.)

Neida arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. She walked the property with me and pointed out issues and leaks. She explained what things needed to be repaired and why. She did an inspection of the whole sprinkler system and made repairs, even uncovering sprinkler heads that were buried under grass. She also advised on watering times for each zone and adjusted the timer. I was extremely pleased with how competent and thorough she was and I will definitely be calling her for routine maintenance from now on. Unlike past repairs I have had one by landscape contractors who did sprinkler systems on the side, Neida is an irrigation specialist and I highly recommend her to anyone.

It went fine. The technician spent quite a bit of time looking at all the zones and recommending which heads needed replacing and which could wait. He also adjusted several heads so they did not spray into the street.

It went well. What stood out to me about them is their knowledge. They are very knowledgeable and very flexible with their schedule.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. They were all right. She told me I should get a new water system. My house was built in 2007 and I don't need a new water system. They fixed the heads which I really appreciated but I wouldn't call them again any time soon to fix anything considering they wanted me to buy a very expensive watering system. I spent additional. They were supposed to be there at a certain time and they weren't. I called and nobody called me back but they showed up an hour later.

Fixed everything for a reasonable Price. Would recommend!

They did an evaluation of my sprinkler system. I will be contacting them in the new year to arrange to do the work they recommended.

Neida was very accommodating and took the time to show us everything we needed to know about our irrigation system. She and her co-worker did a nice job examining each of the sprinkler heads and found 2 that were not functioning and quickly replaced them. We believe it may be the associations job to replace broken heads outside our pool cage area, but we gladly paid Neida for her services in order to have everything functioning as it should be and it gave us peace of mind. Job well done, and an overall pleasant experience.

On our initial contact, we discussed exactly what I needed done and, being that I work nights, I wanted no contact with phone calls or coming to the door while the work was being completed. I have had wonderful results and would highly recommend this company to everyone.
