Description of Work: Had to come back after not fixing my sprinkler system. After coming back, still did not fix the problem. Never called them back because they did more harm than good and didn't trust that they knew what they were doing.

Description of Work: I purchased the sprinkler comprehensive TUNE UP. It wasn't what I called a tune up. No unclogging or adjusting of sprinkler heads. No cleaning of the pump filter. I think they checked the timer and set to the appropriate time. It was an evaluation of the system no adjustments whatsoever. I though a tune up consisted of adjusting and unclogging and cleaning filter.

Description of Work: The service provided was a complete inspection & testing of our lawn irrigation system. As the result, we learned that we had one sprinkler head that did not operate. The technician arrived on time (actually a little early) and was very helpful with educating me on our system & how it works. I appreciated the technician's expertise and patience and would not hesitate to use them again.
