Had a great experience today as Clean Water Systems serviced our reverse osmosis and whole house water. Our tech was Phillip Bruce and he was personable, knowledgeable and I saw him even checking to make sure the counter was dried when he was finished. He definitely tried to leave things as nice or better than he found them.
Brian Losh, the service manager, has been phenomenal helping me learn how my system works and rushing over to check on it after a plumber (not with their company) accidentally early messed with the system as he was looking for the water shut off valve.
Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic. Clean Water Systems doesn’t just sell you the system, they provide outstanding customer service after the fact as well.

Description of Work: he was very professional did a great job removed everything from under sink and replaced when finished, changed out my filters,made sure everything was working correctly.(was a promotional coupon for the $50). Getting ready to have them come out again.

Description of Work: They put in an under sink reverse osmossis water filtration system in my kitchen. |I had it several years and they serviced it routinely. It was removed when kitchen was renovated. The staff was delightful.
