Service tech did not complete the task. There appears to be a breakdown of communication from dispatch to technician or some type of disengagement with the entire operation. This is my second or third issue with this company. Never again. I loathe unprofessionalism.

I made an appointment in November 2015 for an estimate on January 15, 2016. We where coming to Florida for only 5 days and needed a water system estimate. All of the other water companies showed on time except for Water America. Did not receive any notification that they had to cancel or re-schedule. Received a call on Jan 21 apologizing for missing the appointment. We had already purchased a competitors system.

We called on a Friday morning and he arrived the same day.

|They quoted me a rebuild of my old system and the price was quite high. The price was greater than a new system elsewhere. I went elsewhere.

We have an annual maintenance contract with them for our well. Over the past 10+ years we have had not only their regular quarterly maintenance, but had our system entirely replaced over the past year. Can't remover how much, but very reasonable and professional.

We actually used another provider in that they offered a discount. We have used clean water in the past and were very happy with them

Put in a heat-pump 5-6 years ago and serviced it once about 2 years ago. Nothing but top nutch!!

They did their homework first. On the day of instillation they sent three technicians, tore out my old system, installed the new equipment and then flushed out the house. Everything worked great the first time. No disruptions beyond those mapped out ahead of time. Work was efficient and of high quality. They hauled away all the old water softening equipment and aerators. I was only down about five to six hours...great job.

I feel like they try to get you to buy products and services you don’t need so I didn’t continue services with them. I got rid of their water purification systems and cut my bills. I don’t notice a difference in my water because my water is purified at the front end. I feel it is an unnecessary service for my home.

It was a little misleading because I wasn’t aware of how much longer it would take to cycle to unit. They are using partially cycled water and it didn’t make any sense. I had them switch it. Turns out 90% of my water usage was backwash. It seemed like a wasteful system for use of water.

They are a very dependable company and they have a good product. I no longer use them because the filters got to be too expensive, but It is a dependably clean product.

We are very satisfied with Clean Water America. We have been with them for a couple of years. I would recommend them to a friend.

Repairs were overpriced and later determined to be unnecessary; monthly services was expensive compared to the market, not as promised and inconsistent in terms of frequency of service visits

We are on Municipal water supply, so the quality of the water seems to change on the daily basis. One day water has yellow tint and green the next. So we wanted a filter and softener to have quality water at all times. Clean water America installed their equipment in our garage out of the way. The installation went very clean without any problems and it looks very good. Installers are friendly and did everything the way I wanted. Very pleased.

Service man arrived as scheduled promptly, he came to door to let us know he was here to service the equipment gave his name, and that the water would be off while he did the service, after he completed call he made sure that everything was working properly before he left, cleaned up after himself (you couldn't even tell he was there) advise that he was done and it would take a couple of hours for the tank to fill and if there was any problems to call the office. Thanked us and left.
