Description of Work: I subscribed to their services and never had a tech. show up to install. Tried to cancel service and could never get thru to customer service. After returning the equipment I kept receiving invoices, which continued to increase due to their incorrect billing. Never again.

Description of Work: prism tv picture freezes multiple times and internet freezes at same time. made several complkaints . first complaint resulted in them changing the hardware which did not fix the issue. so called again and was asked to doswitching off and on of the power for an hour which dint fix the problem. last week every few mins freezes started, and after a complaint, the technician stoppedby and said he fixed it and even now the picture freezes and internet shutsoff intermittently. so, looks like they don't know what they are doing

We are being robbed!!!!
Description of Work: speed promised 10 Megs, speed delivered at times .8 that's 8/10 meg. Told my phone was bad, got new phone-no change. Then told my router was bad-no change. Being charged 39.95 for this when the SAME Company in another city sells 12 megs for 19.95, 60 months guaranteed!

I don’t recommend them because they have static on the line. They’ve repaired it about 6 times but it still isn’t right. I just get lousy phone service. They don’t charge me to come out and fix the problem. They don’t charge me much and my monthly phone bill isn’t high. They come out and try to fix the issue. They are prompt and come when they say they are going to come. They’ve been nice people and have been polite. I recognize that it’s a difficult thing to fix and they have explained the reason because the issue is not there all the time. If they come out here and there is no static on the line and if they find something they think might be the problem and they fix it, they have no way of knowing whether they fixed it or not. Then they go home and 5 days later, it starts to show static again. This has been going on for a year but they do keep trying. I can’t say bad things about them except that they haven’t been able to get it fixed. Their pricing is fine and they aren’t expensive.

Every time I talk to someone at this company, I get different stories. When I first signed up with them, I had to make four calls to set up their phone, internet, and cable package. The forth person I spoke with finally seemed to know what they were doing. I am a "snow bird" so I got my account to be put on hold for the summer when I went back up north. At that time, I had no problem. When I called to do it this year, the person I spoke with told me that I couldn't put account on a vacation hold. We went around in circles, and I finally got the price down to $20 a month. They don't honor their contracts, and no one seems to give you the same information twice. They are essentially charging me for nothing. I would not recommend them to anyone. Unfortunately, in the area that I am located, I have no other choice but to use them. Now, I'm going to pay them around $20 to keep my phone on per month to keep my security system active, and I can only make calls for emergency use for the security monitoring system.
Description of Work: They provide my phone, cable, and internet service. They bill me monthly, it is usually $101.54 for all of the access. This most recent charge was to only keep my phone line and to keep my dish network, and all I can do is watch the basic handful of channels.

I have had a great experience with them. I told them what my problems were with my previous provider, and they were here within 24 hours! They got me on line in no time. The technician went out of his way to make sure that everything was working correctly. I have been a happy camper ever since.
